Stayed there for 4 nights. Really comfortable, cozy and peaceful stay with all the necessary services. Our room even had a fridge! The owner was really friendly and helpful. Location was also great, near to Anjuna beach area. Highly recommended!

We did not like Anjuna beach at all. It is very loud, commercial and crowded. More like a circus. We left only after one day for a nicer location.

It's a quiet oasis in the middle of busy Anjuna. The location of the guest house is really good, it's close to the beach, many restaurants and a big supermarket. At the same time it's very quiet and peaceful. The room is very clean and has a kettle and a fridge. The bathroom has a good shower. You also have a terrace, which is really nice. The owners are an older couple, they are very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.

Arjun Villa was amazing. Cute rooms with everything you need such as water kettle to fridge and freezer. The host couple is extremely helpful and took very good care of us. They helped us get the best price for a taxi down south and when we wanted to rent a scooter. The room was clean and nice.

Home Away from Home "Arjun Villa Guest House felt like a home away from home! The staff was warm and welcoming, and the rooms were cozy and comfortable. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and the convenient location. The guest house is close to some of Goa's best beaches, restaurants, and shops. Arjun Villa is a green and peacefull haven run by a lovely and very helpful couple! My room was very clean and spacious and i felt at home during my 10 days in Anjuna. Bed was very comfortable. Would recommend If you are looking for a quiet escape while still being very close to everything....the location is great!

Dogs barking in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, there are plenty of them throughout the town.

Everything was perfect for me! Very clean and perfect location. Hot shower with good pressure. Fridge/Freezer to keep those beers cold. Friendly owners. Good WiFi. Could of happily stayed for one month.

The only problem I had was the heat but I'm irish and have a low tolerance to it. The fan was powerful but I need air con. I knew this before I booked though so that was my issue. The place is really great.

The owners are so nice and helpful. The place is very nice and peaceful, very clean and homely. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

There were no bed-linen in the room as it was only the mattress and the bed sheet which I had get used to it was never an issue, could have simply asked for one, but just avoided it.

The owner was hospitable, and friendly. It was way convenient to get around places and the restaurants nearby. I loved the property as it was like stay away from home 🏠 and felt safe as it was in the center of all the happenings.
