BangladeshThe price is high according to service, they provide rooms at level 5 but they don't have lift moreover they didn't inform earlier and also rooms were not satisfying. I paid for two similar rooms but they provided one small and one standard room. Washrooms are too congested for a basin a commode and a shower, the door cannot be open without touching the body.
Nothing exceptional to be liked all are so so. In this price range something better can be found.

BangladeshThey call me on my WhatsApp and demanded to pay in advance which was not mentioned while booking because will have late check in. Then they wanted to cancel the booking and book through another app which required advance payment. It was difficult for me to do and I paid them 5000rs in cash as an advance through my friend who was then in Kolkata. So, before booking through booking.com, if you are planning for late checkin, please be mindful you might have to face such hassle. Totally an unprofessional behaviour from them.

BangladeshDirty, Damp Walls, No proper Room service area where they kept the Rotten dirty unclean used clothes in front of room 304 and surroundings, New Reception staff trying to scam for extra money. Their new room service staff don't have any idea about anything/information/ wifi, toiletries materials, etc. Wifi doesn't work properly, Bathrooms are dirty, stinky, unclean. Their only good support staff is Mr. Ashraf. I was always a good customer of this hotel but I think, After the Covid situation, their total service collapsed. Their only good room is 504 which is newly renovated on the 5th floor that really hard to climb.
The location is good no doubt about it for shopaholics.
