As a Genius customer, I was entitled to a complimentary breakfast at the hotel. However, the hotel receptionist initially denied that I had this benefit. Even when I showed her the app page confirming it, she refused to acknowledge it. After a prolonged and frustrating discussion, she finally conceded that I was eligible for the free breakfast. This experience was quite disappointing.

The hotel is good and has lots of facilities like games like archery, table tennis, and a swimming pool

Surroundings of hotel are not enjoyable.. Road to hotel is water filled both ends. View from window not enjoyable. There's no family room in the hotel. People have to adjust. Being vegetarian hotel there should be fruit salad, which is not available. Being India a diabetic capital, hotel must provide sugar free coffee and Tea. RATES ARE UNNECESSARILY HIGH. TVs are small in size.

Hotel is clean and OK. All staff and management are cooperative. Quality of food is OK.

Step from reception (on ground floor) to the lift needed hand rail. Bathroom could have done with some shelves & hooks. As it was, there was nowhere to put things. Bathroom window needed repairing. Toilet roll holder would have been helpful

Pretty hard to walk outside of the hotel, better take a ricksha/took-took (20-30 rupees to anywhere). The room was spacious, wifi was good in the entrance to the room but not inside, where the bed is. The shower was great but a curtain would be awesome.

Great and clean! Wifi (when we had it) was quite fast! great shower, very nice service at the reception. They have weight which is greta and handy.

Very arrogant staff and have no manners to handle guests. No value for money. Exorbitant rate and no service like morning tea. Poor service. There is no value for money. The rooms tariff is more and service is not providing.

To start with the reception welcome was not warm. They have a big parking place in their compound however you cannot park there and have to park in a compound attached to the hotel premises. The rooms have intercom however they don't work. The pillow covers and the bed spread were filthy and stained. The room ceiling was full of mold on the corners. Had ordered food from the hotel in the premises and none of it was edible and mostly raw. There is a transformer right besides the premises and was sparking continuously. Wouldn't recommend the place considering the cost for the premises.

The only thing that I liked was the rooms were comfortable.

1) Dinner timing was from 8.30 pm but till 8.55 pm many items including Rotis were not served on the buffet. Food was quite average as it lacked flavours. 2) Breakfast also lacked flavours 3) Our checkout time was 10 Am however the Cable Tv connection was cut off at around 8 am. When we inquired at the reception the man at the reception rudely told us that it is automatic and he remarked to his colleague that since we were checking out they did not need to start it. 4) The latch of the bathroom door was broken and the bed-side drawer would not close. 5) last but not the least is that after we had made the booking thru Booking.com we got a call from the Hotel stating that they did not receive the payment and that we should cancel the booking thru booking.com and book directly with the Hotel property and that they would give us a lower rate. They even sent us a payment link, which naturally we did not accept. This was shocking especially since our booking on booking.com was non-refundable. The person told us that we would have to get our refund from booking.com. After we had refused to do so, in some time they accepted that they had received the payment, when we called up to clarify the validity of our booking.

Location was very near the Highway and the only saving grace was the lady at the reception who was polite.
