The shower in the bathroom was broken and the toilet seat was also broken. We had to ask for towels and when asked only 1 was given at a time. When I asked for hot water in the night the receptionist was very rude and said if u want hot water use the kettle in your room we can't give. The kettle was not very clean so I did not get any hot water.

The room was very comfortable and very close proximity to the nallurhalli metro. The food was decent.

Bed sheets have some old stains here and there, shower has no handle, it is fixed on the top, sometimes there is bad smell coming from bathroom, furnitures are old.

Great location right next to metro station, helpful and friendly staff, small but tasty breakfast, big room and bed, no bugs, laundry option, very cheap, 24/7 check in.

Standard Buffet breakfast. Good in taste. Good spread. The reception welcomed us at 2 am at night as we had a delayed flight into Bangalore. The staff was still welcoming at that wee hour of the night. Very good location, touching the Nallurhalli Metro station and ITPL bus depot. Very useful.

At times in the restaurant it was very warm. Having the AC on would be good and during our visit the temperatures were 37 - 38 degrees. However, we did manage.

The service provided was excellent. The staff were very polite, courteous, professional and helpful throughout our stay. This made us feel comfortable and welcoming. There were small issues identified with the tap, lights in the room, T V - everything was addressed and fixed immediately. Our interaction with Ravi and other staff like Krishna, Murtaza, Rajesh and others were very positive. They all were extremely helpful. Thanks to Krishna who made our breakfast experience a positive one. The breakfast was simple, good variety of choices to choose from and was delicious. The tea and coffee options available. We enjoyed our masala omelette and mushroom omelette everyday for breakfast. It is a dated property however the professional service they oferred made all the difference to us. Will I come back here again in the future - YES. I will definitely keep this option open as we as a family had a positive experience.

Lights on bathroom mirror, room telephone didn't work.

Basic good breakfast (mix of south and north Indian dishes), 1-2 items as rotating categories for each day. Bed and AC was good. Spacious and clean room with balcony. Great shower, hot water. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Bedsheets and linens were not clean and did not look washed. No foot mat/doormat outside the washroom. The wardrobe was stinking. The receptionist treated us like he did not want us there. Room Service did not answer the call despite trying for 10 minutes.

Nothing much other than the location and breakfast. The breakfast service staff were also good.
