They are hosting for 2 dogs... Which are freely roaming entire property.... Incl Dining hall which is most uncomfortable for non animal lovers. This is not the right place to host dogs... Property must be free from all discomforts of the guests not for dogs, how trained they are. No complementary BF, which is isolated practice now a days.

bathroom was a bit dirty and there were some cockroaches running around. I upgraded to a room with a balcony, there was no where to sit and the door to the balcony could not lock.

This casual resort is a very quick drive from GOI, (Dabolim) one of Goa's two airports. Surprisingly, I didn't really notice a lot of plane noise. Equidistant to the beach in one direction and the village in the other,  the approximate 1 km walk  would have been too hard for me. The hotel recommended the most patient and gracious driver Mr Tanaji, a gem, take note! As a solo traveller, I felt very safe and welcome. The staff is friendly and helpful. Google translate is a perfect tool to help with communication bumps, but everyone's English was a lot better than my Hindi.  The atmosphere is summer camping holiday, it is very colorful, there are two friendly dogs, several cats, some turtles and a large aquarium. Families will feel at home here, there are toys everywhere. On the grounds you will find a covered seating area, a swimming pool, a garden with tables and an indoor dining room staffed by a very talented team. My butter chicken rivaled the best restaurant in Amritsar! I was given a nice room on the ground floor as requested:comfy bed, good water pressure, excellent AC and fan, fine Wifi. Drinking water and a kettle with instant coffee packets were also provided. No complaints.

Don't expect any stars. The facilities are basic , options limited and I wouldn't choose it for my honeymoon, but the price is spot on for it. Also, international travellers should be prepared with cash as the credit card facility is haphazard.

We arrived at 4am and there was someone to let us in. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet, perfect for much needed rest from the late flight in. Good chai and coffee. Small breakfast that hit the spot. We were allowed to hang out by the pool after checkout until our taxi arrived, which was nice too.

1. Did not seem a value for money. 2 They have bizarre rules on food delivery person not entering the property whilst it is okay for people to order and bring food from outside. hence, the comfort aspect was missing. 3. Cleanliness of the toilets and the furniture and foxtures is questionable. 4. Autolock on the door from the inside is not available. 5. We had a bad experience because the hotel owner was not allowing the cab to enter the property premises amidst heavy rains as we had to go to the airport. It led to an unnecessary argument resulting to drag the luggage out in the rain, which is something I have not experienced on any of my stays so far that ensure the comfort of their guests.

The location of the property is close to the airport, it will be an average place to stay at proor to your travel back from the Dabolim airport.

Maybe the staff could do some tidying away of full ash trays, used towels around the pool etc.

Comfortable room, friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was plenty of choice and good. The owners 2 well behaved dogs made my stay so special. Very affectionate and ready to be stroked. They made my stay memorable. Lovely swimming pool.
