United KingdomThe bad part was that the room didn't had any windows. In the picture we saw curtains so we assumed that there is windows.
We recently stayed at Sandoz Hotel in Amritsar for four nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests, which made our stay comfortable. The food was delicious, offering a good variety of options that we truly enjoyed. The hotel's ambiance was nice, and it provided a good place to relax after exploring the city. While the cleaning could be improved, it didn’t take away from the overall positive experience. The hotel offers good value for money, and we would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Amritsar.

The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and staff are polite, couteous, helpful and responsive. The hotel has its own restaurant. The buffet breakfast is decent having all the options of an Indian breakfast. The hotel location is good and in main market area having lots of option of shopping and dining around. The hotel is not exactly at walkable to the main attractions of the city (The Golden Temple, Jalianwala Bagh) but local rickshaw and App based transport options are available at the doorstep. There was a small dispute regarding the breakfast price (I was entitled for a dioscounted price) which has been handled very professionally by the reception staff and at the end I paid the discounted amount only and I am happy. Overall, I feel the hotel is a very good option to stay in Amritsar.

IndiaSluggishness of services. We waited for 10 minutes for our luggage to reach the room as no one was available to help us. We had to carry our own heavy luggage to board the taxi to reach the airport because of the same reason. Fridge was not installed in the room however upon asking they provided one.

IndiaA party was arranged in the banquet hall at the first floor and extremely loud music was on till 12.00 in the night. It was very disturbing, specially for the kids. No stay arrangement like dorm for drivers.

Besides for wedding could not cater to even small number of people Parking staff asking upfront for tips ( means they are not being paid well ? ) Food could be better Fridge not working - had to change room next day - insulin got spoiled Gifts paid and requested to be put in rooms before arriving of 16 rooms - 3 went missing and there was no accountability
