The owner and the manager Akhil very customer friendly, the room is very clean and neat, it's on the cliff itself and best place and within budget. I have asked for a birthday surprise for my fiancee and they helped me out with the cake and flowers. I would definitely recommend this not only for helping me out with whatever i asked for but its also on the cliff and walkable distance to autostand and other necessities. I feel it's best than any other on the cliff. It's was very exceptional experience from this hotel. I didn't take any photos of the room but the photos that hotel are the same without any modification.

The place is really close to the north cliff, the host was super helpful, sorted out the rides, the rooms are big spacious and clean and the bathroom too, the stay is located in the center right behind all the bars, the terrace offers an amazing view of the beach, and you catch a really good sunset too

Nice,clean and calm room..superb hospitality.....loved the stay...room was so comfy..shower area was provided with glass split as shown in pic. In terrace,we can have a nice sea view. Very near to cliff. Recommend this stay to all my friends...

The ideal location for cliff and beach access with massive rooms and fantastic air conditioning. Staff was available 24/7 and not a single thing was an issue. Highly recommended for it location, value, and comfort. 10 out of 10 stay!

We had an excellent experience at Avanthi! We only stayed one night after our other hotel fell through and wished we could have stayed much longer. The rooms are immaculately clean and HUGE, very private, just a couple minute walk to the beach and they provided basic toiletries and fresh water and had the room ready for us very quickly when we had to rush over. Even offered a late checkout. Very grateful for this place, would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Varkala and have a great time. Location is great (50m to the main promenade). Room is very clean, bed linen is clean, shower is very big and comfortable. The place is very cozy. We would stay again in such a room. Mr. Akhil was always in touch, answered very quickly to any questions. He is very helpful and helps guests very well.

The staying was good, room is clean and all facilities inside worked as expected. Pay attention restoraunt on the rooftop is not working anymore, but if you search for freezer, it is there :) The location is very convinient just 20m to the walking cliff.

The room I had did not have a glass the separate the shower and toilet as shown in the pictures. This should be updated when booking the room.

Nice big room with fan, ac and hot shower. The bed is a bit hard if you are ok with that. The room has a kettle as well. The location is perfect right near the Tibetan market and about 1 min to get to the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Nothing. It's a budget stay so temper your expectations accordingly . My room did not have sea view, but it's 20 steps away so not a big deal. The wifi is weak, will recommend the host to upgrade to hi-speed wifi. With the wifi provided, you can do basic browsing, but you won't be able to stream videos or take business calls.

The rooms were reasonably big, were clean, had fan and AC, water bottles and kettle provided. Great value for money. Excellent location very close to the cliff with all the cafes and market, walkable from the beach. There's a veg restaurant upstairs for quickly grabbing food as well. The manager Akhil was very helpful - got us medicine when we needed, arranged for auto and cabs, gave us references to surfing classes. We even got to check-in early when we reached in the morning and they kept our luggage for us after check-out.
