Just a recommendation : add note for guests , with instructions, how to enter building , it was rather confusing to find number on the building and figure out where to enter, as there are no indications (private property)

This is a great stay in Delhi. I will def return once I am in Delhi again. Room is very clean, comfortable bed, and super soft bedsheets , felt like sleeping on a cloud :) access to kitchen for guest (fridge , stove and loved the area(GK2) very clean, safe, and quiet, with restaurants, shops etc… all walking distance. less than 30min ride to the airport, very convenient as I had to catch flight. Caretaker Arun is putting lot of effort in keeping everything working, always available, and very helpful. 10/10 When in Delhi again, will book again!

We booked the property at GK, it was overbooked. The host arranged our stay at their other property at Safdurjung Enclave. That was a bit of a hassle in the beginning but it worked out eventually.

Accessing the area after 22h is complicated due to gates being closed...could do with a bedside lamp.

The staff are amazingly helpful. Great breakfast and help with laundry. There is a lovely park close by wonderful for jogging or strolling.

May be provide more than one pillow per boarder? the pillow was very flat in my room, when I requested another one, was told by the caretaker there are no more pillows available. at 4700 / night, these basic comforts should not be denied to a boarder. Also, try and provide shampoo, conditioner and body lotion alongside body soap, because, again your price point is not basic.

Very well appointed, spacious and clean rooms with a beautiful aesthetic. The room we were given had a very clean and comfortable bed, and the bathroom was clean and functional. The bathroom had a functional tub, which my son was ecstatic about. Free street parking is available, and the location is in a very safe GK neighborhood, I stayed for a night, to experience Durga Puja s nearby and the location is also very central for people who want to explore South Delhi, everything is accessible and near. Property has a elevator, and there are breakfast options available, very fulfilling breakfast. There is a large functional kitchen in the property. Staff helped us with luggage. We did not need much support but the caretaker was always there and whenever we asked for something responded promptly.

My room was big and was in a quiet area. I love a room that offers both fan and air-conditioning. The staff here go above and beyond to help. It was clean, and breakfast was tasty. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The lack of an electric kettle in the room for us to make the tea. We had to use the kitchen to make our tea.

Staff. Hari cooks brilliantly well and he's an asset to the property. A one man show. Served us extremely well and made sure that we were comfortable throughout our stay.

There was nothing in particular I did not like about it.

The location, the peacefulness and the way that the staff took care of guests was superb. The building had a kitchen, an iron, hairdryer and a washing machine and great breakfast options! It really is a great place to stay and I am very happy I chose to stay here.

There were issues with communication with the accomodation - before arrival we asked for taxi which they did not managed to order, when leaving there were issues with payment.

As you can expect in a city like Delhi it’s not near the center, but a metro station is a 10 min walk away and it’s an half hour travel. The owner speaks great English, the caretaker Anuub less but he’s a great cook and with google translate we communicated easily.

This was a great stay!! It’s very comfortable and clean but most of all great hospitality. It was Diwali festival during my stay and the owner even gifted me swiss chocolates. Also during my checkout, a taxi was charging a big amount to go to Agra so the owner helped me even book train tickets last minute.
