The cleaning of utensils till late at night The rooms are close to the kitchen, so be it music or conversation or cleaning of utensils, it's loud and can be heard in the rooms Since the need to prepare breakfast early, again the sound of utensils would be heard

The owner is very easy to speak to. The helper was also very kind and helpful It's very close to CP and the market No hustling sounds of traffic I asked for tea at odd hours which was catered to The breakfast spread is very homely. I like the fact that fruits were compulsory to consume

Fairly Good, very close to VFS visa center that's the biggest advantage and biggest disadvantage is building has no life/ elevator.

Food and coffee is very expensive. Also though there were no customers, late check-out was not permitted Entrance is a gully and first time u will be bit embarassed to go in such gully

Proximity to airport metro, VFS global, cannought place. The cook is good and makes delicious chapatis, sabjis.

The breakfast is excellent; I loved their food, and their preparation was also very hygienic. And I need to mention that the hotel staff were so friendly and lovely, even though I didn't understand Hindi. it felt like my home. Finally, the location felt safe and was conveniently near VFS and the metro station for easy travel around.

Due to noisy ventilation systems and A/C systems, probably outside of the accomodation, room 101 was quite loud for most of the night

Great choice if you want to be close to express rail from the airport, while avoiding rush and maze of central Delhi. The manager is friendly: I asked for weight scale to measure my luggage, he found it, add new batteries, so I could measure my luggage Also asked for early check-in and later luggage storage, also no problem

The place could have been more tidier and cleaner

The hosts are friendly and cooperative. The location is convenient, close to Metro and CP. The hosts make you feel at home and the food was delicious and very much like the one served at home.

Its a home away from home actually.At this price you wont find a better stay anywhere near this location. I had a great conversation with owner.He is very calm and helpful. The facilities offered were great. Breakfast was very special,felt like home.

To know: up 3 flights of stairs - no elevator. But staff brought up & down the luggage. A bit hard to spot - look for a brown wood gate. Staff answer the phone to guide you if you are a bit lost.

Very comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, breakfast from 8:30-10. Helpful staff.

Room could have been better attended - there were some not very appealing spots on the wall, and some freely dangling electric wires. The staff is friendly... but not always well informed: we had to insist a lot until they dug up the wireless password at our floor, no one seemed to know it and they had a hard time believing us that their initial guess was NOT correct. Also, at breakfast time if there are more than 6 clients, you'll have to wait until the people seated at the dining room table finish - they cannot serve more than 6 at the same time!

Once you get past the shock of the shabby entrance hall full of strange electric wires, inside it is well "kozy"! We had a nice and surprisingly quiet room with terrace facing the swimming pool of the YMCA Delhi - but there was no noise at all at night! Staff is very friendly, they organized transfer, vegetarian dinner and consistent Indian breakfasts. Location in walking distance to the Connaugh square is excellent - no problem to go out on you own at evening time for a good restaurant. It is mostly used by Indian clients - a good opportunity to meet locals at the joint breakfast table.

Central location, near airport metro station. Make sure to ask for rooms upstairs, because the rooms on the same floor with reception and kitchen are quite noisy.

I was not familiar to location. Owner is very helpful and supportive. Very good service. Owner has send me the location in whatsApp, I have found little difficulties in identifying the location. Good sign board outside the property could be an improvement . TV facility may be improved with varieties of news channels.

Very transperent and following government norms in billing/ invoicing. Owner is very supportive. I like home like healthy food.

'Awasthi Kozi Stays' Display Board to be shown at the front gate. Tooth Brush & Tooth Paste (kit) to be added in the bathrooms. Shaving Kits to be added when men come to stay. Shoe Polish sponge (one-time use) to be added in the room.

Location is excellent. Walkable distance from the Shivaji Stadium Metro Station, making the travel easier to the IGI Airport and New Delhi Railway Station. Within reach to many government offices. The breakfast is homely. The attendant is very polite.
