Location was good but room was not at all 5 star hotel room. also bathroom was clogged. this should not counts as 5*. Food was not up to mark .. seems old sea food they served.

- Though the property was amazing, the place is falling apart. The Tap works, plumbing works are falling apart. - There was a rat trap put up in the room which we did not know till one rat escaped on the last morning. Hence, the room is infested with pests. This isn't acceptable for a property which calls itself as well as lists itself as a 5* property. - The Kitchen and Restaurant staff weren't able to handle a full occupancy. No cutlery, no napkins, no glasses was available when the dining room was full with guests. - The swimming pool's timing was 6 am - 8pm. However, there were no pool lights once it got dark, hence discouraging guests to visit the pool once it got dark. - There were instances when there was no water at the property due to a break in their pipelines. -Guest Relations Manager wasn't available on Sundays or Holidays so that we could discuss our concerns or feedback with them personally - Extremely overpriced for the facility and maintenance of the property

-The location of the property was amazing. It was a beach attached property with all required amenities. -The room we were put up was spacious. -The staff were courteous and ever helpful. -The breakfast spread was amazing. -Ample of secured parking space. -The property was well guarded by Security who made a note (at any hour of the day) of incoming and outgoing vehicles.

Room floor was always a bit sandy Swimming pool tiles were coming off sometimes posing a danger of small injury.

Access to the beach Pool cleanliness Staff - very friendly and cooperative. They let us warm food from previous night restaurant visit for lunch the next day for kids … while we were chilling in the pool. Breakfast selection Room service did small tricks for kids with their decoration

After the first day we were happy to be given a beach umbrella so we can read in the shade, listening to the ocean. Sadly, the spa facilities were not available as it was a holiday weekend. And our bathroom sink took an eternity to drain! There was a wooden "table" by the bath, which I shifted as it was directly in front of the toilet room door. This left soggy decaying wood behind in it's path...unfortunately the cleaning crew put it back each day, which meant this process had to be repeated each day, which was unsightly.

Whilst the room itself was somewhat tired and in need of renovation (hats off to the photographer, they look stunning online...not quite the same standard when you're in it!) however; that aside everything else was wonderful, especially the ever helpful and friendly staff. The bed was comfy, and the bed sheets were great quality. The pool was long enough to do laps, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the library was a lovely quiet spot to get a bit of work done. Being only September, the beach was deserted, which we loved.

the beachfront restaurant hours weren't super clear and because the resort was so quiet, never actually had dinner there.

Had a really great - very quiet - time at Azaya. The resort and beach, in particular, were near empty during my stay, but the staff went above and beyond ensuring a good visit. Had some trouble with power outage on first night but staff were quick to resolve. Massage was excellent! The resort's proximity to Cavatina is exquisite. It's a can't-miss restaurant while in Goa!

There is little to fault but we did notice that our Essence balcony room felt a little more tired (e.g. creaky door to the toilet, broken balcony door lock (noting would have very hard to get access to the room so was not a concern)) when compared to the Luxury garden room that a friend was staying in which is in a newer block.

All the staff at the resort were very polite and helpful. The meet and greet was very well executed with the added bonus of the concierge being readily contactable via whatsapp before and throughout your stay to assist immediately with any queries. The pool area was beautifully maintained and had the added benefit of not being full of noisy muppets. The gym had a good selection of weight machines (though limited number of free weights - max went to 10kg dumb bells). The quality of the food served for breakfast and dinner in the La Concha restaurant was fantastic. The aromatherapy massage at the Spa was also very very good. The direct access to the beach is a superb bonus, allowing for a chance to swim in the sea, go for long walks and also to try out the beach shacks (noting the sea food at the Seagull Beach Shack was delicious). The shower was the most powerful I have ever come across, worth going just for that experience!!

I didn’t like the service at all. Every morning waiting for the simple cup of tea for 20 min, no towels at the pool, payment problem - they never accept cash there, only asking to pay later at the check-out day that wasn’t convenient for me at all. The shelf was broken in the room. One night and half a day they switched off the hot water completely. The water in the bath was always brown color. I asked for the vase for flowers also - nobody brought me. But the most awful was the service itself and the stuff’s attitude. They don’t know any personal borders! Last night they were calling me 4 times to the room. Then a guy opened my room with his own key at 23:00 and entered to give me a notice that tomorrow pool will not be working!!!!!! I never could enjoy being alone in my room, because always somebody was coming, knocking, calling. Very very annoying stuff!!!!! And I came to celebrate my birthday there, the hotel didn’t even give me any compliment. Only after I asked myself they gave a piece of cake.

The hotel itself was nice, the location, the food was very nice in the restaurant: clean and not spicy that was important for me. The room was big, spacy and clean. After I wrote my complaints to the manager, he let me stay additionaly 5 hours before check out and gave 90 min massage for me as a compensation of all inconvenience that I suffered there.

Breakfast spread could be better.... The AC was switched off or cooling was reduced during the day.... There were no hand towels in the bathroom....

The pool jacuzzi and the fountain in the pool and spa were amazing.... Food in the resort was very good but a little expensive.... The library area was nice...

The poor management. You can see the staff was trying very hard to give their customers a good service but it was very chaotic. From waiting for tea on breakfast table for 30+ mins to very bad experience after checkout. We had ordered a cab to for the airport and union members outside the resort didn’t allow cab to come in the gates of the resort. One guy and security trying to help but mgmt/owners no where to be found. It was like gunda’s at the gate. We had to finally give up and book the expensive union cab as we had kids with us. Staff is great, hotel needs maintenance and organization, senior mgmt or ownership lacking efforts

Staff where excellent apart from the reception staff who appeared to have no clue what to do. Communication appears to be the problem at that hotel.

Breakfast was poor, very unorganised and selection of food could have been better. Pool side food was nice; however, it was more expensive than dining at one of the famous chef restaurants 5 mins from the hotel. Definitely, not value for money!! Room service was good when it arrived and if it arrived. Occasionally you rang them, and they would not answer, the reception staff picked up the phone and put it down after two rings, this was witnessed by someone during an incident when we were bringing this to their attention. Communication appears to be the problem at this hotel!

The Al a carte menu is tooo costly.. The quantity of food provided is way too less for what amount they charge The chicken biriyani is priced at 900+tax and the quantity is way too less.. It dint taste that special too..
