Best in north goa. Peaceful and perfect home like stay.

Our stay was excellent, apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures, Mr Jerry and his staff (Mr Sagar) etc were very helpful, were just a call away, Mr Jerry was available most of the times on WhatsApp and helped us a lot, location was also very peaceful. Food was deliverable from nearby restaurants from Zomato. Swimming pool was also neat and clean. Overall our stay experience was memorable.

The wifi wasn't working properly also it's not working when you're inside the room works only when you are at the hall and the washroom near dinning room the water was getting stopped due to some pipe line issue

First of all the apartment was clean and Mr Jerry is a very good host he has been coordinating with us even though he was out of town. In a place like goa it's all scam goes on starting from your stay booking renting a bike everything but Mr Jerry has been so helpful for us since our check inn was early n check out was out he has sort out our issues didn't even ask for extra payment. I would really appreciate the team & Mr Jerry also recommending this property to anyone who is looking for budget friendly stay in North goa go for this property. Trust me you will love the place!

The rooms were big and spacious. The location was ok. Vodafone signal was really bad, so I can't blame the property. I had forgotten something and had checked out, but the manager Jerry and the caretaker Dhanraj were super helpful and helped it get that item back. Very honest people. It had all the items to cook and be indoors. The building pool could have been better.

The place is amazing and the people over there are so sweet right from watch man to house keeping. everyone helped us so good and especially danraj n jerry was the best in assisting us for the trip also the property is jus wow no words to describe the perfection of the house it felt amazing and we had superb fun staying there I would Recommend this to everyone who wants to stay in this location The view from the balcony is mesmerising n also house keeping vishal n Imran are the sweetest they kept asking us for the cleaning n also kept the room at peace for us by cleaning it often I would say overall this is a great experience to stay n I’m gonna book this place in my next trip as well
