The hotel is in a great green area, you can walk have some coffee shop at walking distance. Breakfast is very good. the staff is Wonderfull and very helpful. the room are very beautiful and spacious, it also offers a very spacious terrace, this is very quiet and relaxing place, I did not want to leave, the room and barroom have very nice indian vibes, loved it.

We loved the entire experience! The room was clean with a beautiful view. I loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the garden, which was very peaceful. The staff were very attentive and the meals were amazing! The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous accommodation with a huge comfortable bed and a lovely balcony overlooking a garden where we saw many bird species. Room service was great, delicious food. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Property location was terrific - right near the tomb and in a really nice walkable neighborhood. Staff were so nice and helpful, even going out and getting dinner for us as we arrived quite late.

Nothing really. The bathrooms were a bit dark, perhaps, but it wasn’t a problem.

We’ve had two short stays here and would like a longer one. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, the bed was comfortable and the soap nice. Good, big cupboards. The building is in a quiet, leafy area with the sound of birds tweeting and a view of the dome of Humayan’s tomb. The daily manager went out of his way to help us, e.g, with taxis at early and late hours - thank you - and, on request, the cook makes an excellent dinner.

Everything was perfect!

Staff was excellent! Very willing to help and accommodate. We only stayed one night and wished we were there longer! The staff booked us a driver the same morning to take us around Delhi. Room was very spacious and clean! Breakfast served right to the room, tasted great!

The room was beautiful and thoughtfully decorated, the bed was large and comfy, and the view of Humayun's tomb from the roof was stunning! The staff were kind and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious and filling. The location was within walking distance of a nice cafe (Cafe Turtle) and we were also able to walk from Humayun's tomb. We enjoyed the spacious bathroom with hot water, and the room's good wifi. We were also grateful for the heating as the December weather was quite chilly.

While there was a small leak just outside our room that was quickly sorted. We inadvertently turned of the hot water system as there was no indication . Ajay agreed to rectify the situation . Nothing major to mar our visit .

Ajay the manager was welcoming and allowed us early availability, had his staff to collect us from the train station, and even used his vehicle to drop us to a Resturant . Great service indeed especially for new visitors to the city. The location of the hotel was extremely safe .

This property is the perfect location for a day trip to the Taj Mahal, right next to the train station needed to get there, and the staff showed a short cut to the station also. The staff here went above and beyond to please us as guests, my boyfriend wasn’t feeling well and they went and got us medicine and continued to check in to see if he was feeling better. Food that we did get (not much as we were a bit sick) was very nice. The location is also quiet, feels extremely safe and pretty with trees and a garden near. Thank you for a lovely time in New Delhi.

Initially concerned about the train horns at night next door to train station which we walked to (5mins) to take train to Agra. By 2nd night did not hear the train horns. Fantastic food prepared fresh but need to give them time to prepare. You need to prebook taxi, have arranged transport or walk to end of road to get Tuk Tuk as there is no passing traffic outside the hotel.

Quiet location from the road traffic. Nice views of the park and tomb next door. Large rooms with comfortable beds. Safe and secure neighbourhood as in upmarket area with guards there are no tuk tuks or public on the streets. Excellent central location to sights and train station next door. There is a store, cafe and laundry round the corner on next road. Very good dinner and breakfast served in room.

The room was lovely and the view from the rooftop terrace at night was amazing. Just what I was hoping for my first night in India. Also on a quiet street where one could take a stroll in the morning. Just to note that the meals are served in the room (or on the balcony), but it was such a nice room that didn't matter.

Rooms are excellent. Located inside a semi-gated community that feels very safe and is a refuge from the bustle of Delhi. Small and comfortable.

Expect to hear noise from the train station- one of the downsides of being a 5 minute walk away!

Lovely leafy area of Delhi with a fantastic cafe around the corner (Cafe Turtle). Lovely, helpful staff. Large comfortable room with a balcony. Good food served to your room. 5 minute walk to Nizamuddin train station for your onward travel.
