We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaIt was a very small space, felt like being crushed. In one of the rooms the AC did not work. The bedsheets had dust on them. There were no food facilities nearby.

Estonia1) Location - be careful, the hotel is located near the slums. 2) Dirty walls and floor 3) no window inside the room 4) The shower didn't work, a bucket and a ladle were offered. It turned out to be very convenient, we realized this only on the third day

Pathetic service … the receptionist told me that they don’t have rooms which I requested with two beds once I reached at the location although I called property in advance and confirmed about the requirement. Suddenly they said they don’t have rooms imagine in city like mumbai nowhere to go . Luckily I found good budget hotel very next to the same hotel . Pathetic room’s unhygienic and mosquitos around and sewage smell coming out from rooms . Very BAD EXPERIENCE and I would like to advice booking.com not to advertise such accommodation places which gives bad reputation to the brand .
