Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room size was very small. Bhakt Niwas are good there and available in lesser price if booked prior. Sant Gajanan Bhakth Niwas is best but don't have online booking option.
Location is very convenient to access the temple, however rooms could be better as per the charged amount. Staff was very helpful and polite. Dedicated parking is available.

Very neat and clean rooms , with all the basic facilities needed for a comfortable stay . Homely meals available on site . Very courteous staff . The couple who managed the kitchen went out of their way to make sweet from the coconuts we got at the temple . Really appreciated that gesture

Many positives - - Very clean - Comfortable - Value for money - Friendly and helpful staff - Owner is very helpful and courteous - Speedy service - Food quality and quantity is good - Dinner was simple, homemade and sumptous - Location is good - Ricks stand outside - Vitthal Rukmini temple about a couple km away only - Guest car parking within the lodge and is locked at night as required - Hot water for bath is available I highly recommend stay at the hotel for a short term trip

Nothing in particular that we didnot like except location distance from Temple. You have to take auto to reach for darshan.
This place is well maintained and cleanliness is one of the staff's priority. Enough parking available next to lodging. There is snack center on the ground floor and is good.

Location:Hardly 300-400 Mtrs from Pandharpur railway station Cleanliness of room was at par with adequate facilities. Reception staff was courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Mr.Bhinge,owner of property for allowing early check in without additional charges. Hv kitchen facility for breakfast/lunch/dinner with advance intimation.

The room is clean, comfortable with AC and hot water facilities. Provides simple ‘like home made’ vegetarian meals. Owner Sri Maheshwar and staff are very helpful. They have even arranged a local auto who provided transport & guide services to Shri Rukmini Vittal and other temples (Vishnu Pada, Pundalika) at a reasonable price. Overall it was a homely comfortable stay for the purpose of pilgrimage to the Vittal temple

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff was friendly, professional, and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel’s facilities, particularly the food at the hotel was exceptional, But A bit costlier. And the service throughout my stay was top-notch. The owner was very kind and helpful. Stayed here for 2 days for Vittala darshan and Overall, my experience at Hotel was very good.

There should be some check on deficiencies and make changes. For example the handle in one of the taps of the hot and cold water mixer in the bathroom was missing in the room.. A watch by the owner on such shortcomings and replacing at the earliest would bring better patrons.
The Lodge was neat and clean. One can comfortably stay in this hotel. The visitor can arrange an auto and get the phone number pick up and drop are possible.
