We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

You want to be away from the rat race and the rush. You need to be here. You want to meet your self. Come here. This palace is not a retreat, it's a revive. The fresh air from the Heartland of Rajasthan will make you younger. Food is excellent. Rooms are enormous.

United KingdomA little tricky to find by driving - a few more signs pointing the way would be encouraging as without satnav or google maps we would not have found it. Maybe think for a better car parking arrangement? as it requires skill and care to leave when others have parked closely behind - a one way system or circle would be better - can't imagine how it is when the hotel is full!
Loved the swimming pool!! The room was spacious and of a high standard with good facilities and a comfy bed - lovely linen. Staff were friendly and helpful too.

IndiaOur room was having first issue with Fan, so they replaced it with another. Just after that we had issue with AC, as it was leaking. So we asked for room change and they did it. But we felt that they should have checked it before alloting us the room. We had 4 rooms, but AC was not that powerful. Overall it was not that bad.
Location is very secluded and nice, peaceful. We really like the food quality. Breakfast was awesome. Everyone enjoyed the meals. Swimming pool location is good. Kids enjoyed a lot. But as it was open pool, we found some insects in pool. It was clean. Kids enjoyed the game room and outdoor games. Terrace is large and you can see whole area from there. Staff was very polite. Thanks a lot The fern team. Horse riding and pottery session was amazing.

SwitzerlandThe place is a mess. Refuse lying around, gardens unkempt - but lots of personnel standing around, doing nothing. This property, managed by the reputed Fern Hospitality Group seems to be without any responsible management on site. As to the drinks offer: No Cola Zero, no Tonic water, no white wine (except for half a bottle that was standing around open for a long time and turned brown in colour) and also no beer. It all came with the excuse, that the place does not have a liquor license. The bathroom in the first room had a leak in the toilet, spilling onto the bathroom floor, the electricity broke down, etc,etc.
Property with great potential. Great Pool area. Nice rooms.

IndiaFirst, is route is very rough and tough to reach. Location is 50km away from Udaipur city and 90km from Nathdwara. Actually I feel this is not for private (single family) vacation. They also entertain group the most. My personal stay was like nightmare, there was a group in the property and those party is loud DJ noise till midnight. Resort has no parking place.....
The property is Heritage and on top of the hill. Staff is very nice and polite. Food is better.
