Rooms were good but the lobby area especially near to pool and the washroom nearby not at all cleaned frequently and the washroom in the common area had an unclean atmosphere.

The breakfast stuff - grumpy, unhappy, serving food on table with their left hand. The manager was scolding the staff in front of guests. Clearly no proper training.

Pool closes at 1830. It's too early. No cutlery in the room. Quite strict on no outside food in hotel.

Non-Veg Restaurant is a bit expensive... I ordered Ballentine 2 pegs ... They charged me 1500 although menu card was showing 375 per peg ... Then they told me it was 30ml for 375 which was not mentioned in the menu... Otherwise good restaurant .

We stayed for a night while going to Darjeeling. Hotel is located near NH at Matigara, outskirts of Siliguri.Rooms are moderately good size and spacious attached bath with bathtub. Mr. Shivshankar Sarkar the Manager was very helpful and all staffs are always With a smiling face and always ready for help. There is a pool but we didn't have time to venture. Nice hotel. Will recommend anyone as it's value for money.

Front desk not responsive. Room intercom not functional despite repeated complaints Over charging: despite coffee and sandwich provided by f and B , in lieu of free breakfast. Front desk insisted on extra payment and never returned the change. No response by management to my messages sent through booking. Com regarding banking details.
