On the top (4th) floor is a large gym playing loud music with penetrating bass sounds; it is open until midnight. My complaints as a 3rd floor guest to the reception improved the situation somewhat,, but who knows what will be the situation next time?

The hotel is located a little away from the street, so you can expect a quiet place, but... see below:

Hospitality, cleanliness, rooms were top notch. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with their peers and family. The place surely gives you positive vibes and not to forget the interior it is straight out of pinterest.

It's informed at checking time no credit card is accepted. If accepted need to pay extra charges.This should be mentioned while booking as disclaimer. Room is old and AC installed in room is from 1947 or even before. Remote only staff can make it work and so many.....

Stay was not the same in the picture which was posted in booking.com website.. AC isn't working..Hotel is not providing GST bill for business purpose stays. Without GST bill it can't be claimed.

Bathroom is small and not comfortable to use and room is full of cigrate smell and lot of dust on bed and curtains.

This hotel is under a contract management and I think is run by non professional guys. The rooms which we booked were having buffet breakfast, but on enquiring it was told that buffet breakfast is not there and rom boys will get certain items and some items are chargable. room boy got cofee in a plastic bag and expected us to gulp it down like that only witthout a cup. finally they charged Rs200 for one of our room for breakfast. The room service was bad and there were some boys withut any uniform . Towels, glass, water soap had to be asked and then supplied. How did FAB hotel has a association with this hotel without having any branding of FAB, dont know how booking.com taking such bookings. Please dont get associated with such shoddy hotels that clients are scared to stay.

i did not like anything about this hotel except that it had a good location for us to do saree shopping for wedding

When I visited the property, I noticed that the air conditioner was leaking. Instead of providing a room change, they offered a bucket for me to place under the AC to collect the water leaking from it.

I wanted to see the room first. They took me. the AC didn't work. It took 15 min to find issue with the ac. Then I said I am too tired to wait. Then they assured that the other room will have no issues. They made me pay the room rent. Then they took me to second room the Toilet was uncleaned. Then they took me to the third room, the bed spread was not washed. then went to 4th room it was stinking. Finally the 5th room was better the staff assured that he personally cleaned the room and changed the lining and i was too tired to find new room and i had already paid the rent, so took the room. Still there was cigarette smell. Later when opened the fridge to keep water, it was unhygienic. The bathroom lining was dirty and with fungus. I was too tired.
