the elevator is a big issue because it is always occuppied. if you stay at 6th o 7th floor many times you have to use the stairs.

I initially had issues that were upsetting and not handled well by the staff I was not advised that I could leave my luggage until check in , I did not get the room I booked and paid for, a window in my room was broken and , the sheer curtains filthy, kitchen staff sitting, talking very loudly under my window and waking me up in the early hours of the morning, for the first 4 nights, I got a respiratory illness which I believe was transmitted through the central air-conditioning system which was too cold for my liking and even after I had the settings changed, other cleaning staff kept changing it back.

Breakfast room was delightful and breakfast very good. The cups were too small!

A breakfast menu with the various egg options would have been good rather than finding out what you could order by looking at other people’s plates A client sitting room would be excellent rather than always having to go into the restaurant

Breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold food. Coffee was excellent and the staff efficient All the staff throughout the hotel were pleasant friendly and efficient

Lifts are Under Costruction . once completed , it should be Okay

breakfast selection was ideal . rooms were always made up . Cleaning Staff were exceptional . Reception Desk staff were very Helpful . Location was Great .

There was some construction going on at the time but I'm sure that's a one off temporary event that coincided with my stay. Nothing major

Having all the work on accomodation and coping with that wasn't so good especially when you pay top money.

Bfast menu specially hot food need more variety. Specially long staying guests from Dentzz. Limited TV channels specifically no connection to smart tv channels as internet not connected. Very disappointed. Late checkout of three hours refused flatly and half day packaged promoted.

Very friendly and obliging staff. Bfast service at OCafe Excellent!!! Room service good and fast. Zante friendly staff and good service. Food quality very good specially at bfast and room service. Manoj, Sadaf plus other two waiters were extremely helpful at bfast. Ajay,Preeti and Sanchit friendly and helpful. Housekeeping team with Durai excellent. Thank you to all the staff for an excellent job. Well done !!!

No motel self Laundry service for visitors to do themselves. Maybe have clothes airers on offer for visitors who wish to wash their own clothes. The beds are too low to the floor, the air conditioners filters need a weekly clean, the ceiling fan needs daily cleaning on fan blades.

My room did smell of tobacco despite being a no smoking room. My son’s TV didn’t work.

It is located in a good part of Mumbai close to shoes and mat restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful

Breakfast was very unorganised, and fridge in the room wasn’t very cold. Very noisy all night, but that was expected with the main road location.

Great location and comfortable bed for a few nights in Mumbai.

The drainage wasn’t working in the tub , when the tub drain was opened , so the water came out through the drain next to the wc

Good service and great rooms , and Sarwam, Sitaram, Kishore, Sachin, Durai and Preeti were great staff and really helped make the experience all the more better and liked the stay
