You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe staff is pretty unsure of the work ethics and hospitality service. To begin with it took them half an hour to check me in. I provided with my United Kingdom driving licence physical copy but they also wanted my passport which I did not carry with me, but I what’s app them soft copy. They took all the payment in advance for 2 nights of ₹8709 which was not mentioned in my booking ( overcharged me) in INR. Then I ordered a lunch meal(stuffed panner paratha) which took 45 mins to arrive and was very cold and burnt. And as I was hungry I was eating it and the door bell rang in the middle (got up between my meal ) to sign the check which wasn’t given when the food was dropped in my room (strange). Next morning the receptionist called at 8.30 am for my visa copy’s to submit at the reception before 11 am that’s a day checkout time so I submitted my OCI photo copy which has all my legal details but they did not know about the oci card And wanted the back of the oci card. Secondly the breakfast was included in my package for 2 days but the choices of breakfast was limited I asked for a omelette and they refused to serve me. Third the room amenities was not refilled and unlabelled Fourth the room had very bad view to watch outside
Honestly, there is to much of dislikes of this property, the staff and facility
