The Swimming Pool. Even though it is beautiful but no rules, no management

Well, the property has strange rules that doesn't allow female visitors if you are a single guest. I understand the region is conservative but it cannot be a blanket rule that doesn't allow any single men and women. It could be anyone. If it's a blanket rule then I find it a bit disrespectful.

The fact that despite having a mini bar fridge …its function was not supposed to keep food stuff /drinks cold but keep in a cool place. I had medicines requiring fridge storage and had to ask for an ice in an ice bucket. If there is a mini bar fridge ….please use it for its proper function. To keep foodstuff and drinks cold at low temperatures.

Rather lacking in character but really there’s nothing not to like.

Very modern, smart hotel with excellent facilities. Bedroom was big, nicely furnished, cool and quiet. Comfortable bed, great shower, pleasant view from picture window. Good WiFi. Easy walk from the station although on a busy road. Efficient staff and good value and delicious buffet breakfast.

Food was too much expensive. Package water bottle price was Rs. 160/- the real price is just 20/-. Why hotel is selling 20/- thing in 160/-???? That is the same pack.

Breakfast Menu was same for both the days also the service in banquet was too slow. They charged 1100+ tax for the 31st Dec Gala dinner but wasn't that worth taste wise and options as well. It would be not more than 700/-

The fact that someone at the technical team tried to swipe my card twice inspite of telling them that we will come and pay at the property.That too at 3 am.It got me suspicious and I had to the delete my CC details from the Booking.com app..and the Explanation was too vague at the front desk. For a Chain like Sarovar Portico is was Un expected and Shocking.and No reply even on complaining to Customer Care on the App.

Nice and Comfortable place.Good food Buffet spread.Value for money. Good size room for 2 people.

a) The receptionist asking for payment at the time of checking in, especially for regular clients staying at your property b) Initially, we were allotted room no. 809. Due to maintenance activity in the swimming pool, there was continuous noise from the ceiling of the room, as if somebody was polishing the floor. This should be avoided.

The staff at the reception and restaurant were not helpful and did not understand at all. We had to repeat everything a lot and they did not even wanted to arrange a car for us and we had to always ask again for this. Spa service and concierge was very good and the staff there were very helpful but all the other staff were bad.

The checkout is a bit of a faff! It took them 15 minutes to prepare our checkout. In the meantime we were waiting impatiently in the lobby as we had to get going

1. Service takes a long time in the restaurant. We had to wait a long time for simple things. 2. They don't serve eggs or non-veg 3. Check out took a long time because another group was checking in and the hotel has a slow process and only two people handling the front desk.

The location is excellent for sightseeing. The room is very comfortable. The food is good.

The main request I will make with the hotel management is to have breakfast included in the tariiff as when we made booking with booking.,com, we did not get option for breakfast at the rates we paid and we find currently. We are a longtime loyal customer with booking.com and would have appreciated that breakfast be included in our tariff as we had to order separately and pay for the same. Otherwise it was all very good,.

Its a lovely plush premier hotel for sure as the name suggests. Excellent staff especially check in personnel Ms.Mehreen who helped us with an early check in. All other staffs were excellent too. Location was great with railway station just around a km away. The check in was very smooth fast and early as mentioned. Room was quite spacious , comfortable and cosy with all amenties and features. Beautiful view of the girnar hills where we did the girnar trek to visit all temples of Ambaji Mata , Gorakhnath Temple , Lord Dattatreya Temple and Dattareya Kund and Akhand Dhuni , We had ordered food and it was excellent too. Everything was top class and we had a calm , peaceful, restful 2 days stay.

Everything was good about this hotel. Location, cleanliness and staff. Good choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Restaurant staff friendly and very accommodating.
