I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The property is spotless and well-maintained, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally supportive and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed.

Ongoing building works on other properties, not ideal, but didn’t affect our stay.

Well staffed, close to markets and transport links. Room comfortable, well presented. Buffet breakfast with multiple options and pleasant staff. Fresh omelette made when requested. Hotels advertised pictures were identical to the pics on Google earth. This was excellent as previous accommodation in Delhi didn’t resemble their advert.

The entrance to the hotel is not good. The people at the reception were OK but not as warm and receptive as they were supposed to be. Even the waiter in the restaurant was not courteous enough.The food was good but there were lot of flies all around inside the restaurant. Their waiters and attendants were a bit callous in service.

The location is excellent. right on the ring road with seamless connectivity and nearby Lajpat nagar market to hangout. The room was quite big and clean. The toilet was superb.The housekeeping staff was prompt. One Mr. Chaudhary at the reception was nice fellow.

The hotel rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only problem was that the location of the hotel was a little far from restaurants, so that was a problem.

I struggled with having the same type of food every day for 5 nights. There were only 2 choices of meals, either chicken or veggie curry. Having said that, the meals were generous therefore I managed to make do with chapatti and the less spicy parts of the whole meals.

Staff were very welcoming, friendly, helpful, and always smiling. I particularly loved their breakfast, which was different each new day. Even though we were close to a major road it was actually quiet and we could sleep peacefully.

Kitchen morning break fast needs to be improved. In particular tea quality. Food was OK. Service was also good in kitchen.

The staff particularly Front Desk Manager Mr Sagar was very receptiveness to requests and providing services.

The hotel's renovation was not done very well as I could see damp walls, loose fittings, and cracks in places which is an eyesore. The lobby or general area needs to be renovated and decorated better. The TV had Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. but I couldn't get it to work (staff would likely help out but I didn't ask). Did not find a designated smoking area (you cannot smoke inside the room). The hotel asked to pay during check-in (their policy I assume) whereas in other places you pay after checking out.

The hotel is situated on the main road which is easily accessible. The hotel staff was very professional and helpful throughout my stay. For room service, I just put on the sign while I was away, and they cleaned the room and restocked the toiletries. The room was very clean and was maintained well. I noticed the power went out a couple of times but they had immediate backup so I could hardly notice. Wifi was also good. Shops, attraction sites, restaurants are very close to the hotel so that was also a plus!
