Facilities are not so good, mainly there's no good foods available in nearby areas even if you got lucky to get it's so high price so that's a negative point from my perspective!!

The location is too good and the views are just fabulous!

The place felt a bit dirty - walking to the bathroom without shoes would leave you with black feet. No showers available, just bucket showers. WiFi very temperamental. Location is quite far out Darjeeling, and you need to climb quite a steep hill to reach Darjeeling itself. This takes about 50 min and can leave you quite sweaty.

Staff are super friendly. Good communal feel in the hostel. Chargers in the room worked well. Very good value for money.

Hygiene is an issue, as bathrooms were not cleaned on a proper interval. you can bare it, but should have been improved

The staff are great and super helpful. They gave me plenty of information and help with what to see and do around town. The location allows for a great view of the surrounding mountains and is fairly quiet at night.

The best Hotel in Darjeeling (LeBong) and run by an exceptionally friendly lady, Benu. Benu is also a great cook and would always cook my family "Aloo ka Paratha" each morning. A Punjabi breakfast for a Punjabi family. You are better off here in Benus then in Darjeeling as its very quiet and you can meditate in the balcony with a magnificent view of the snow clad Himalaya!

I really loved staying at Benu's Homestay in Lebong. The staff were very nice and helpful. The owner is one of the kindest and most humble people I’ve met. If you want a quiet, peaceful place with friendly people, this is the perfect stay. Nabin bhaiya is just super funny and u can never find any person as kind as Saran bhaiya. Loved it!!!

This modest family homestay is clean, comfortable and economical, easy to reach in town. You will feel safe here, the breakfast is included, most important for me was the welcoming spirit of the whole family. Raj also gave me valuable tips about my upcoming journey to the north-east and how to get the train. A great start to my journey!

Not easy to reach. Every time you go to Darjeeling is 60rs round trip. You might want to consider that when you book. The building is quite old, and hot water was not working. It might have been due to a very strong rain storm that caused electricity brake off, so I don’t think this represent an issue.

Staff is amazing. I felt more in a family than in an hostel! 😍

It was a delightful experience. The room was clean and cozy, offering a breathtaking view of the mountains. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, making my stay even more comfortable. While the location is a bit away from town, it offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle, and local attractions are still easily accessible. I highly recommend this dormitory/rooms for anyone looking for affordable yet comfortable accommodation in Darjeeling.

I loved everything

I had a wonderful experience at Benus , this perfect place for getaway the staff and host Benu didi was very friendly and consistently making sure i was comfortable . We went to the rooftop and had an amazing time . BENU DIDI AND STAY exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay there when i come back

Despite the initial unattractive impression, my stay at this property turned out to be one of the best experiences ever. Benu Didi , the host , made it truly memorable. Singing, dancing and enjoying delicious food with fellow guests added to the charm. The property is easily accessible, either by 25 - minutes walk from Mall Road or Via a shuttle service from Chock Bazaar Darjeeling bus stand (which cost around 30 rupees). Overall, an amazing stay!"
