1. No lift. So with luggage you can struggle and will definitely need some help from the staff. (I received great help from the staff ) 2. No physical reception or help desk. However the hotel manager is reachable throughout on phone/whatsapp. 3. I faced an issue which might not be repeated for you but is worth sharing. I had informed the hotel management about late check in (after 5:30 PM). I received a call around 5:30 PM that they are going to refund my advance amount as they had some pipeline issues which started at 4 PM. I insisted on getting the room and demanded of an alternate arrangement if the room was not available. Only then they confirmed back that the room is good to check in.

1. Approach road to the hotel is an active route ( between the Beach and Railway station) 2. 1500/- per night is an extremely affordable rate with the standard of cleanliness and property location.

Just a small request—when knocking on a guest’s door during the day or night, it would be good if the staff could introduce themselves as part of the property, as this helps guests feel more comfortable. This is just a basic manner that the staff should be aware of. Otherwise, everything was great!

Mosquitos - do pest free once

Perfect stay.. Walking to station for around 5 minutes and 10 minute ride to puri temple. Rooms and washrooms were clean..Area is vast with lawn and parking space as well. We were there for 2 days and enjoyed it.

I booked this property for my parents and the 9 person group they provide one dormitory room and the room is properly managed and the overall experience was good. They are happy with this hotel. They provide warm water in the morning and they also arrange side scene by bus with affordable rates. Overall the experience was good

Every thing is good. Cleanliness is amazing. Staff helpfull and alway smiling. Good garden with huge open spaces. Bed set, toilet and the rooms are extremely clean Prime location, infront of railway station. Its a Christian trust, don't expect the three star hotel's facility. If you want to stay peacefully, smell less and secure, this would be a best option for family and couples.
