Indiaservice request take lots of time and sometimes they forget that we requested service...one problem is they have tv without recharge and after we inform they are willing to recharge but that does not happen...it was good for me in person as I had time spent with family rather tha sitting and watching screen

IrelandCould be cleaner. Built congested and needs deep clean . The pillows, duvets are too old and unhygienic. We asked them to change the lot provided initially because everything was stinking. The bathroom drain had no cover and drainage was exposed leading to flies everywhere in the room. If they could maintain their hygiene better, I would give them full stars everywhere.

BangladeshIt is little bit far from new market, if you are not new in Kolkata then it is better hotel than any hotel at marquis street. Stuff was very helpful. they provided complimentary breakfast that was really good. If you have no issue about location then this hotel is best. From the hotel, you can go new market via auto or bus rent will 20Rs. Before the booking you should check location in google map if there Were any issue.

BangladeshThey provided water only the first day. The other 2 days I have to order and purchase separately. Card payment was not available. on final day I had to go to the boot to withdraw extra cash to pay the bills.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Main road was just beside. all public transport were available Nearby. I was in room 204. The window was at the road side and and there was no adjacent buildings. so I was able to get a Clear View of the sky. Hot water was available and shower system was good. cupboard was available to store clothes.

Indialocation is not good due to market area . However other facilities were good except the hotel is not having restaurant . Food were good but only dinner was served but no facility avaolable for lunch . Free breakfast means only one item ( puri /sabji ) and no other items .
