The garden rooms are older and slightly run down, however they are bigger than the modern lake view rooms. The path to the garden view rooms is unpaved and slightly inconvenient.

Food is good, and staff is helpful and prompt. Very peaceful around the pool and cafe. Spa services are good but steeply priced.

Room instructions could be clearer and room service dishes were not cleared. But these are minor things. It’s a beautiful place.

A beautiful retreat from life. The setting is so relaxing. Having a pool right outside my door was so lovely. The food, wine and staff are great. Beyond is an excellent place to relax.

The approach road is too small and dirty. The swimming pool is not manned by any staff and many of the guests were not even following the basic protocol of swimming costumes or taking shower before entering the pool - that’s a no go zone as it’s unhygienic !

Excellent Location with Lake View Rooms, 02 swimming pools with one being heated, good food, excellent Family spa option, and above all amazing staff who are not only friendly but also very helpful, just to name a few Mayur, Nitin (they took care of our Candle Light Dinner), Sandeep the house keeping staff…..Overall amazing experience and amazing location.

The rooms are built in a terraced style, with no clear definition of outside space; our table and chairs were used several times by our neighbours to dry clothing - or supplement their seating. We were also able to hear their TV as the rooms are not entirely soundproof. It is odd that the pool is not staffed during the day - and there appears to be nowhere to get drinks or snacks before happy hour. There are 2 family villas on site, and we experienced lively breakfasts with extended family groups as a result of this; not a major problem, but I suspect the rooms and the ambience at The Source might have been more suitable to an older couple like us. The service at reception is OK but not an outstanding part of the experience, perhaps a little more training in positive customer interaction would help. It was unhelpful that the young lady dealing with my check out was also on her mobile phone throughout the process.

A lovely, lush setting with a really nice heated pool overlooking the huge reservoir lake, a great view and a charming space to read and relax after busy Mumbai; which is an easy train journey away - and the taxi company Sula recommends for pick-ups is extremely efficient and reliable. Food was good and well priced; the wine of course was delicious - and the 4-7 poolside happy hour (2 for 1 prices) was a highlight. The property is clean and the rooms are styled to be crisp and modern, in keeping with the architectural style of the property. We enjoyed the complimentary tour and tasting trip to the Sula itself. The bar and restaurant service was friendly and helpful. A complete contrast to Nashik City centre, which is also worth spending some time in; again the excellent taxi service helped us with this.

Front desk staff need to email check in instructions at least 24 hours prior to arrival. We only received information that passport was needed for check in after we had left. Sending that information on time is vital for a smooth check in process.

Beautiful property on the lake. Modern construction, great rooms with lake view. Food and wine were also awesome! They served Sula wines at a great price during happy hour. Sparkling wine was included in the breakfast buffet. Also, wine tasting and tour at the main Sula vineyard was also included. Location was a little remote, but they provided a free shuttle to the main Sula Vineyard on the main road. The driver was super nice and provided excellent service.

The road to reach the property is not good The last 3 Km patch is literally a trail and you are lucky if you enter the route and no other vehicle is coming from other side else you will have to either collide and fight who goes first or one of the person has to take reverse till the point of inception.

The dine in menu should expansive. The options are limited and the service is quite slow but manageable.

The location is terrific. Sunrise over the wheat fields and sunset over the river are spectacular! The staff are kind and courteous, Rhythm with her positive energy and exuberance make the stay memorable.

Only thing I suggest is in the rooms where the wine bottles are they should keep some sort of wine guide of their wines so we can understand what is what.

One the property was very gorgeous, the staff Sandeep who helped us with the bags amazing guy, and off course the cafe rose amazing food and chef. Loved it
