IndiaI had booked for 2 rooms for 4 adults for 2 nights through booking.com. When I reached the receptionist said the have booking only for 1 room for 2 nights. Then they made me wait for long to allocate another room. While making the advance payment, receptionist assumed the amount shown was only for 1 room/2 night. Then had to wait for the accountant to come and settle. The rooms were good for only one person, they provided only one towel and toiletries were minimal. While booking it was showing complimentary breakfast, and in the morning when I checked with the new receptionist, she confirmed it is complimentary. While having the breakfast, the restaurant informed we have to pay. They said the booking has been changed to no breakfast. Ended up cancelling the 2nd day booking and find another place.
The restobar was okay.

Indiareception staff, food rate, food quantity at lunch and the service. room manager and reception have poor communication, while checking out we asked to prepare the bill and then it was told that first HK staff will come and check the room then we will prepare bill, it made us feel like a THIEF, then we were told first give the keys then we will give the bill. the check out was insulting ....the bathroom shower door was broken, sink had stains, towels were yellowish in colour. at night when you sleep, your room vibrantes heavily due to a pub next to the building. till midnight you can hear loud music and dj it is impossible to sleep. we had elderly person with us it became difficult. we asked for extra matress, reception staff said first you pay then you will get mattress. we said, once you give the matress we will come downstairs and pay, she did not agree to this. extremely disappointing reception desk staff. they have not been trained by the manager how to talk. we felt we are staying in a local lodge. while checking out I wanted to speak to the manager, reception desk said he is in a meeting. he cannot speak, I asked a call back which he did not do till now. I have taken his card and anyway will call him. this hotel tells itself as business hotel but is pathetic and should have 1 star

the staff at the reception is very upsetting, they are flustered and do not know how to treat guests. They charged us at arrival only for the day which was weird, when we asked for extra bed, they said you first pay then we will give extra bed. there is no politeness. we chose a room with the floor manager and by the time I reached the reception to take my family upstairs, the room was given to another guest which I had selected. there is a huge communication gap between staff. talking about rooms, there are stains in the bathroom, the shower door is not there another room it is there, room was stinking when we arrived, we had to as hk to come back and spray room freshner. food is super expensive, one roti costs 75/- and this is a 3 star hotel with such awful experience for guests. they charge 2 times taxes, one for food and tax for service on every delivery. this is the first hotel we found this policy. we were served food in broken plates, we waited for dinner plate delivery at room and even after calling two times and we going to ask the plate at the restaurant, they did not give us. One of us were forced to eat directly from the curry bowl on which the food was given. In the mid of Bangalore we cannot expect this experience. at night when you sleep, there is a pub next to this hotel and the loud music goes on till 12 am , the entire room vibrantes and shakes at the sound and volume of the music. we had old parent with us who suffered a lot due to this. people staying next to our rooms also had such experience staying here. however, we appreciate the hospitality of the room cleaning boys and the food delivery waiters they were the politest. they are the only thing good in this hotel. reception staff is horrible at serving the guests. this place should be 1 star.
