The Air Conditioner was a little noisy. They have a 1L per day policy on water.

I needed a stay that had ample parking because I had driven down here to get some work done on my car. They had plenty of parking and the security was nice. The shower had heat so that was nice. The room was comfortable and clean. Overall, happy with the stay.

Google Location is not correct.. Every time any order like food or vehicle..It is not coming to front side of the Hotel...It need to be updated...

If I will nitpick then I guess the wi fi quality wasnt really great. There were quite a few times that power cuts happened and I had to ask more than once for a few things.

It had a decent spread for breakfast and was quite tasty as well. The location also was good as it was quite close to the main arterial ORR.

The hotel is very good. Very neat and clean. Staff is very helpful. Jyoti, who sits at the reception, is very helpful. He was able to guide me on where I could get what in the surrounding vicinity. Will definitely recommend to others.

I booked a room for one night. I had to check-in early because I was arriving by bus with my family at 6:30 in the morning in Bangalore. Since this was earlier than normal check-in policy of hotel, I had called the hotel earlier and they had informed me that I will be charged 1000 Rs. extra for early check-in. This was fine with me. But when I checked in I was charged for complete two days. The bed was torn.

First night my room's air conditioner was leaking water and the entire room was filled with water. I called the reception to address this issue, they assured that they would change my room in the next 30 mins, which didn't happen unless I called them back after 2 hrs raging at them and the receptionist tells me that the previous person didn't mention this. I had left the room keys to get the room cleaned, the cleaning staff drank the water from the water bottle and left the half empty water bottle for me. While checking out, the receptionist calls me at 11:58 am telling me checkout time was 11am whereas the chrckout time was 12pm. I have stayed at this property in the past and many other Icon By Bhagini properties in Bangalore and everytime my experience has been good thats why I picked this property but looking at my previous experience I will have my doubts about it.
