The room was clean and well maintained with all the necessary amenities. The location was very good. It was a bit away from the city and since we were looking for a quiet holiday, it suited us. The restaurant in the same complex was great with a variety of options. The restaurant staff including the chef and others made us feel very welcome and took personal care of our needs.

Stay was comfortable for the Family deluxe room. For 6 people We booked 1Family deluxe and 1Supreme deluxe..2beds in each room as per it's mentioned in booking .com....however on arrival we got Deluxe(fits 2) instead of supreme deluxe and 3people had to squeeze in one room with an extra mattress. One day before the hotel booking, front desk did call multiple times and confirmed over the phone and when I asked about the rooms and 2 beds in each room for 6.. they said it's confirmed and we can come pay at the property as online payment is not available. On the day of arrival they called multiple times too to check for the checkin time but never mentioned about the rooms. Upon arrival they said as there were no rooms available for the day.and this is what they can offer else we can cancel and look for other property. I don't understand if i booked something with them in advance and it's confirmed, why dint i get it? After a lot of arguments, As I was traveling with family and it was late, I was ok to compromise. Next day when I came to pay the same amount which i agreed upon and booked through booking.com ...which technically I should be paying less as I got a lesser room, I was asked to pay more. Front desk guy Nikhil, was very arrogant and had a bad attitude like pay or talk to booking.com. I have travelled internationally and had used booking.com all the time this is the first time , where this hotel mentioned it's booking.com fault for which I did not get the room...had to pay more for a lesser room. Few other stuffs came in and sope politely to understand what happened... Nikhil had a.rude behavior not fit to be at front desk. The security uncle who stood outside the hotel was 1000times more polite and humble then Nikhil. Apart from the front desk guy Nikhil, everything was good, food at 4th floor the security guy and other staff, they were all helpful and polite.

IndiaIn the midnight, there was no powere for 3 hrs from 1 am to 3am and no one even came to check the issue, there were more than 10 times we called at reception and the care taker was sleeping right at the reception and he said he could not hear the ring of the reception call. Power went off only in our floor 3rd floor and we all including kids had to suffer for so long without Ac nor the light. Then we finally went down to reception ourselves and wokeup caretaker and then he came and checked. Despite complain at the time of check out, reception guy took it so casually without even an empathy on the entire situation, it looked like he was least interested as they take full payment when we check in, so checkout complaints really dnt matter to them.

IndiaThe property was very very very neat. The room had comfy beds, a stocked mini fridge and a smart TV. We arrived at night and was very hungry. They had a resto bar on the top floor and we decided to check it out. The ambience of the place itself was so good and the food made us very happy. I ordered Alfredo chicken pasta and it was the best pasta that I have ever ate after I came to India. Everything else that my family ended up ordering was top notch too. We had a blissful sleep. The Complimentary breakfast that came with it was mouth watering. It was provided by the Aaina cafe ( ground floor of bimba hotels).They had a variety of everything some of which includes croissants, toasted bread fruits, idli, chutney, boiled eggs, juices and so much more. The chef himself came out and asked if we would prefer anything else. He offered to make us fresh Dosa, masala Dosa , omelette and anything else we want. We ended up asking for omelette and Dosa and it was heaven. I want to give a huge shoutout to Mr Anil( Floor manager), tsapila ( who helped in serving us ) and the chef ( Manni chef?)who came out and talked to us. Their Service was excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s reading this. I am definitely coming back to this place whenever we are in mysore. Their stay is awesome but I am coming back more for the food and service.
