We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaLocation is terrible. Access to the hotel is through dirt and garbage. Hostel, 2 star hotel, 3 star hotel nearly 5 hotel in the same building on different floors. So all category people will be using the same public areas and elevator.

IndiaFrontage and surroundings should be kept pretty n clean. Too many restaurants inside the building.
Breakfast not at all upto the mark, may be taken as a starter. Service takes time, as there's only two elevators. No service elevator, so the food n hot beverages get cold by the time it reache rooms.even though rooms are very clean, hotel front and surroundings kept poorly. Yet it's closer to U S Consulate, makes the difference.

IndiaThe location of hotel BKC Prime is very pathatic. Locality is too bad to stay with family. Building is very old and not maintained at all. All BKC hotels are housed in the same building on different floors. Rooms in BKC Prime are very tiny and majority rooms do not have windows. No toiletris are provided. Quality of linen is also very poor. You pay a very high tarrif for all these downgrade facilities,

The person at the reception said a walk in rate is between 3000-3500 per night however I booked it at 5000 per night from booking.com the reception person demanded cash or gpay and said their card machine was not ok.
