Nice location and parking

Little more cleaning around towel and pillows cases when washing take stain off properly

The place was very nice. We got a room with a spectacular view of the valley and partly of the mountains. The sunrise is amazing from there. The owner was extremely nice, he knew English perfectly and was always there to make us relax and enjoy our stay with a good cup of chai. We talked a lot and he gave us good recommendations. The place was clean and the bed comfortable. Just remember to switch on the boiler for hot water when you arrive!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was by far the best hotel I’ve experienced in India. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The rooms and facilities were well-kept and comfortable, creating the perfect environment to relax. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, warm, and treated me like an old friend. Whether it was a small request or just a friendly chat, they went above and beyond to make my stay special. The combination of excellent service, great hospitality, and an inviting atmosphere made this stay truly exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area and can’t wait to return!

Location and cleaniness

Breakfast could have been more elaborate. I would have preferred to have a separation of the dry and wet areas in the bathroom .. that is , a separate shower wall / base so that the toilet area stays dry

Nothing but availability

Rooms were in poor conditions not as shown in pictures, food was not available as mentioned in the menu. TV doesn’t not have channels

There are no facilities in the room. I booked a family room but there is no almirah in the room. We keep our clothes in the bed or table. Rooms are very noisy. We checked out one day before because of these reasons. . And one thing is very awkward for me, my family just entered the hotel reception and I just told my name and the manager told me please pay your balanced amount before check in and they do not offer any welcome drink.

Central location, walking into town relatively easy though steep.

No proper restaurant or bar, however the staff were helpful . We arrived late into the night and were able to order food from in room menu.

V helpful, Courteous , very efficient staff. Excellent location. View of the mountains from the window is amazing. Neat and clean rooms.

Dharamshala tour - The hotel arranged taxi fares are very expensive . The drivers from these taxis are highly skilled and reliable.

The secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have my heart. I have recommended that others visit LA RIQUEZA once, and I can assure you that they will never regret it

Ambience and staff experience

Very kind and hospitable staff - they allowed us to check in early, upgraded our room to one with a gorgeous view and air conditioning, allowed us to check out late, and even went out in the street trying to stop taxis for us! The room itself was incredibly comofortable, the hot water came from a water heater present in every room (so no concerns about it running out as long as you keep the water heater on), nice beds, and convenient balcony. The room service was also good value of money and the food was excellent! The location may not seem like the best, but it's in a quiet area (especially if you overlook the valley rather than the street) - Dharamshala is walkable from the hotel, and if you want to head up towards Mcleod Ganj and further, taxis are always within reach. Definitely choose this hotel for your stay in the area if you want a relaxing and luxurious holiday for a fair price!
