Right next To Rameshwaram and the main road, this hotel is in a good location. The room was spacious and comfortable, with limitless coffee and tea facility outside the room. Good shower.

The hotel within a residential area and there is a main street nearby. For me as a non-local to cross that road was each time an adventure. But that is not an issue with the hotel, just good to know.

The hotel staff were all extremely friendly. I would like to emphasize the restaurant staff, who always conjured up something excellent for breakfast and the evening buffet (optional). They also fulfilled special requests and were always very friendly. The non-local options at breakfast may not be enough for a European like me, but if you like the local dishes - then it's perfect. The room was very clean - there was just a bit a strange smell in the bathroom, but nothing unacceptable.

Lift is a bit too slow and only 1 is there so it takes time.

The parantha in breakfast were solid like a papad on last day. I could not eat it completely. Not sure how parantha is cooked in Bangaluru but it is definitely not like that in Haryana.

Black out blinds aren’t good enough at stopping the light. But I like rooms to be very dark - so maybe that’s just me. An old air vent (not the aircon unit) was suddenly activated in the middle of the night one night and was *very* noisy and rather smelly. It’s the only time that’s happened (and I’ve stayed a few times). Other than that - top marks. Staff are excellent. Chicoo (hotel dog) is the main star for me.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The facilities are truly amazing, and the rooms offer great value for the price. However, what truly sets this place apart is its cleanliness. Everything sparkled, and I felt like I was in a five-star resort. Moreover, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Arpita, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Her warm demeanor made me feel right at home.
