United StatesThe elevator - takes time to learn its operation, and if someone forgot to close its door, it will be beeping for a long time. Very noisy - rooms are not soundproof, if you are in room 01, 02, 03 on any floor, you hear everything going on the stairs. Room 03 is a double room with 2 beds - no real window Our room also had an extremely loud fan in the bathroom. Water pressure is questionable at times, as well as an availability of hot water. Not the cleanest place, but no bugs or bad smell noticed.
The location is good, close to everything by rickshaw or taxi. Good breakfast and a coffee machine in the kitchen. Yea and coffee and kettle in each room, as well as a safe. Some rooms have a fridge Comfortable beds, accommodating staff. AC in all rooms, though in some rooms it blew directly at the bed. Elevator.

United KingdomIt can certainly a little on the noisy side during the night if other guests are talking in the corridors etc as the acoustics are easily echoed.
The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Short walk to Miss Doozy restaurant which is very good.

Mongolia1. Toiletries and iron etc. was given upon request which makes unnecessary trouble to the visitors. 2. Extremely thin walls. Could hear the cars passing like i was outside not to mention other people going in and out of their rooms. Had to wake up several times during the night because of this. 3. Because the rooms were located in the 1st floor, didnt feel all too safe for a woman added with all the noises coming in.

SwitzerlandAlthough everything was mainly clean, I still spotted some minor dirt like dust under the bed and stains on the bathroom wall. Also, you have to take very quick showers to not risk flooding of your room as the drain works really slowly. Daily room service should also refill the wooden stirring sticks when rearranging the coffee supplies in the room.
Location easy to find from metro and for taxi or Uber drivers. Beds comfy, large breakfast menu, extremely friendly and helpful staff. AC working perfectly and 24/7 security and reception is great.

IndiaIt’s in a narrow service lane which most cans and autos miss and one has to cross over a messy and undulating pavement to reach the hotel. After all this, my room was in another building so there’s constant stairs and a complicated way of reaching your room. Then the room had no windows which is extremely suffocating. There was a door which the staff said led to a balcony and was locked but I didn’t feel very safe.
It’s a good location as in it’s South Delhi. They have a small sweet Ladies packet which had basic but essential items- lip balm, sanitary pad, nail file etc

IndiaRooms are so small that if you stand, you can’t open the suitcase; these are old apartments converted to rooms and they’re creaking, dirty, broken. Lift in this property is from a different era; room layout resembles a Mumbai chawl. Bloom is a good brand, looks like it’s falling into the trap of quick expansion and they’re loosing sight on what matters to travellers. With these mis steps it’s not surprising if travellers start speaking about them in the past tense.
