The buffet breakfast was alright.The toilet shower area was clogged with drainage issue and wasn’t fixed despite requests. The towel provided had a long hair.Cant say for sure if room was cleaned thoroughly and bedsheets changed.
Good new hotel with friendly staff. The room had a nice angled view of waterfall.The location is good and accessible by vehicle to nearby attractions.Animal lovers like myself will enjoy the company of monkeys hopping nearby the hotel.Please feed them if you get a chance. If you are going to Lions point or any other touristic places nearby then please carry some dog food as there are many hungry and starved stray dogs and animals.Its heartbreaking!

JapanThe breakfast room misleadingly suggests a buffet service, when it's actually table service with confusing menus and unhelpful staff. A nearby road disrupts the scenic view (not too noisy though). We experienced two brief power outages, though the backup generator activated quickly.
The hotel appears better in photos than reality, but remained acceptable for my family. The family room is spacious with two single beds upstairs, though the steep staircase poses risks for small children. The window offers breathtaking canyon views on one side, unfortunately obstructed by a deteriorating hotel building directly in front.

TanzaniaOur reservation was made through an app, and we also contacted the hotel directly to confirm our stay Upon arrival, we were informed that they do not accommodate international travelers and that we would need to find alternative lodging. This is clearly false advertising, and it is unfair to travelers There was no indication during the booking process that foreign nationals were not welcome, and we even received an email stating that international travelers should bring their passports. We kindly request that this matter be investigated.

IndiaMy solo trip to Bloom Hotel in Lonavala was exactly what I needed. The property is ideally located away from the city’s noise, offering a tranquil space to recharge. The room was cozy with a spectacular view of the valley. The staff was attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the high-speed WiFi which allowed me to catch up on some work. The hotel’s proximity to the railway station and Bhushi Dam made it convenient to explore. A perfect destination for a solo traveler seeking peace and nature.
