Other guests and sometimes staff had no consideration for other guests that may be trying to sleep . From midnight , 2 am , 4 am , it didnt matter . I had to ask twice for people to keep the noise down in the early hours of the morning

The location doesn’t feel very safe for women, particularly at night, unless you are picked up and dropped off right at the gate of the property, where the security person is. Note that the road is closed on one end between 00.30 and 6.30 and call the hotel if your driver is unable to reach. I should also note that the staff of the hotel working digitally on Booking.com messages (NOT on the premises) have tried MANY times to steal my credit card details, which is absolutely shocking and appalling for such an establishment. I reported this to Booking.com and to the hotel itself, though nothing changed and I kept receiving messages aimed at stealing my credit card details anyway. I will note for transparency that the hotel's justification was that their "account has been hacked", yet I will add that I had only 2 experiences of "hacked Booking.com accounts" in YEARS of using Booking.com., both in India, and ONLY at this property it happened MANY MANY times.... Therefore, if you choose book this hotel, pay serious attention to the messages sent on Booking.com from this account!!!

Aside from the issue discussed below, I had a good stay at Bloomrooms. The decor is a bit older than I expected, but the room was perfectly functional and the staff was very nice and helpful. The location is close to main attractions and a good spot for tourists in Delhi.

I travelled as a solo female traveller and the key issue with this accommodation for me is that the road feels very dangerous at night (it is quite deserted and it's not even great during the day on foot...). To make things worse, the road is even partially closed between 23.30 and 6.30. The hotel never informed me of this problem and this was quite a major issue in my trip, as I arrived at 00.30 and the Uber driver and I didn’t know how to reach the hotel, so I was asked by the driver to walk 300m to the destination..! I was caught by surprise by the whole situation and, whilst I was never going to walk there alone at night with my suitcases, I didn’t think on the spot of calling the hotel to ask for directions, so I ended up relying on the Uber driver to walk me to the hotel. A couple of guys on a motorcycle were already approaching me before they saw the driver with me (maybe they were harmless, but nobody could have helped me in case of danger, if I had been alone)... The gate of the was also closed when we arrived and we had to wait for a bit before they opened. Thank goodness, the driver was a good man and he helped me feeling a bit safer, but it was a really bad situation, which should NEVER occur! The information about the road closure should be shared in advance with guests, so that they can be prepared for it, unlike me! I should also note that the staff of the hotel working digitally on Booking.com messages (not on the premises) have tried MANY times to steal my credit card details, which is absolutely shocking and appaling for such an establishment. I reported this to the hotel and Booking.com, but nothing changed. If you choose to book this hotel, pay serious attention to their scamming messages!

Ventilation works excellent, but it brings Delhi air, which is super polluted. The fact that you cannot control the ventilation is a minus.

The rooms are very clean, sheets, pillow cases, towels all spotless. It is much better than a few 4-star hotels in New Delhi. Staff was great, helpful and kind. No pressure for anything, even a mix up with our room was very smoothly managed. Felt quite safe. The hotel is located close enough to nice neighborhood with many options for delivery, laundry, cafes, restaurants.

The smoke detector had an extremely bright flashing light on which illuminated the whole room approx. every 30 seconds which was annoying.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The shower worked well and the air-conditioning was great. Breakfast was nice, the room was perfect for a simple stay.

The hotel is overpriced for the quality. The room was not very clean, there were dirt marks on the surfaces and the toilet. Breakfast can be improved.

Staff was really nice and accommodating! All were very friendly and helpful!
