There was cockroach in the room but it was later cleaned by the staff , hair conditioner was not available.

The breakfast was good , staff was helpful . Being alone women travelling felt safe.

While Swimming I would suggest you have a separate zone for Teenagers or only Mens as it causes issue when families are there and one instance happened when one of the men's group were smoking besides the pool and maybe some of the ash from their ash tray fell into the pool where me and my family was swimming. It went into an argument even though I did not point out anyone besides I just informed the security that there is ash in the swimming pool.

All Good They do not have 24x7 room service ( food ).

Clean and Neat, Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is not near beach (10-15 min walk). There are plenty of shops, restaurants nearby. Location is very quiet. Breakfast was also good.

1)No anything to play for kids. 2) Even no facility for filling air for swimming pool ring. 3) On check in room freezer was lacking water and they trying to repair rather than replace. On second time leaking they change the room freezer which remains always at room temperature. Means not cooling at all but I did not complaint second time as already my 20 to 30 minutes wasted

very less option for vegetarian. Even live counter for vegetarian in breakfast also not available which is available for non vegetarian. Very fast check in. welcome drink also good.

we asked for early check-in possibility and they said yes when we arrive the said it's not available .. we ask for late check-in they ask for the hole night price

the room was clean will occupied .. the room meet my exception .. the pool was good .. room service is good and the provide us the iron and table for it for free .. they store our bags when we didn't find room for early check-in

The hotel was not cooperative regarding the check in policy we send an email to ask for early check in and they said okay .. after we reach after 10 hours flight the said it not possible.. we had to move for another hotel just to spend three hour and back

The standard of cleaning for me has been lowered, twice my room was cleaned with dirty water and you could notice when entering the room, this needs to improve again to be the excellent standard it used to be.

Promod the pool man is one of the nicest people you can meet, every morning he comes and greets you with a good morning, always ready to help. Stayed at this hotel 7 times now, have to say its a brilliant hotel, staff are very helpful, and kind. Breakfast at the weekend can be a little bit Chaos,

Furniture inside the rooms could have been better.

Breakfast was good. Location is very good as most of the beaches are within 2 to 3 kms and can be accessed on foot. The size and area of the property is very spacious. Pool is also very good. Great value for money.
