• Rooms would benefit from fan use out on the veranda to carry on that outside feeling – there is little breeze in the courtyard as it is enclosed (this enclosure does add to all rooms’ security). • The advantage of a foldable clothes airer would be enormous. This airer could easily be stored in the bathroom. Drying clothes on outside furniture as is currently undertaken, has many downfalls. These small suggestions (compared to big positives noted above) would be of help to Blue Mirage's benefits.

• Great location, right in the heart of Palolem, benefiting from the close by amenities and near enough to hear the rolling waves from the sea, only a block away, both day and night. • Comfortable room with a fridge, TV, good inside fan and aircon. • Wi-fi works well (when Palolem isn’t suffering a periodic power-cut – not Blue Mirage's fault). • Feeling of security. • Attended all the time by Bomi who is always helpful and very attentive.

If some guest talk loudly outside the rooms then it is bit of disturbance. Owner should put a notice board to mentain silence in areas outside rooms as it is narrow lane. Lights in rooms should be brighter.

Dirty rooms & toilet, Big fat cockroaches and centipede, 0 cleaning and dirty bathrooms. The entrance is the dirtiest with fresh cow dungs. Worst I would say, the owner charged 500Rs more saying it's booking.com's commission that only is shown to the hotel owners. Pathetic.

The very entrance is a very small narrow passage to a reception desk where you won't find anyone most of the times. Thereafter the rooms are ok in size but more or less like store rooms without any proper are around them. There is a single window in the room through which you can just see another wall 2 feet away. The rooms ceiling is wooden which keeps making continous loud noises like it's going to fall down and that is really scary. There were quite a lot of mosquitoes in the room with not so clean linens. Continous noise was present probably though the wooden walls of the room into which there were insects and even rats were present. You can probably spend 500 or 1000 bucks more and can have a beach facing room but again without going there it's difficult to book.

There are frequent power outages, the electrical installation is dangerous, we couldn't charge our phones. the mattresses are old, covered with an unwashed blanket. full of cockroaches.

It is a Guest house just at the entrance of the Palolem beach. Everything here is at its best. To stay at such a place is a treat for yourself. If you get an opportunity to book at this resort never miss it. You will enjoy your stay.

- Nitesh, the manager is super helpful and nice. He helped me to rent a motorbike and also with a one day tour in Velha Goa - rooms in front of the beach. It is close to a restaurant but it is not noisy. - good wifi - good room size and comfortable bed - good a/c

There isn't much to dislike.

This place is just great, only like 20 mtrs away from the palolem beach in South Goa. With clean and comfortable rooms and also very low on price . The staff was very kind and helpful. Being right next to a restaurant it was very convenient too. I really do recommend this guest house to stay if you are visiting palolem beach.
