Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I came across this property in booking.com and was skeptical about it at first. However, these guys ensured we had a smooth journey before check-in and throughout our stay. Mr Souvik was amazing with his hospitality and supported us at every aspect of our stay. They are very hospitable overall and the best part is the breakfast!! It is amazing and tastes delicious, especially their aloo paratha clubbed with and chutnis. At such an affordable tariff, the property is the perfect. In terms of location, there are multiple food joints available and it is a peaceful place to take walks.

I recently stayed at Bluo Hotel during a medical visit, and the experience was very comfortable. The property is located less than 1 km from Tata Cancer Hospital, which was extremely convenient. The room was spacious and hygienic, especially the bathroom. The 24/7 front desk and security gave an added sense of safety. They also offer fresh, homely meals which I truly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone visiting for medical purposes.

There's one bulb blinking in the bedroom. Wifi wasn't connected properly .
Response from the team was very prompt. Rooms were neat and well maintained. Lake View from the balcony was very refreshing , with a corner to have tea and enjoy the weather. I am a daily yoga practitioner and finding such a place for my early morning routine was very refreshing . It is well connected to the center with proper transportation facilities .

Less manpower, otherwise is good.
The staff attending there were short of hands., inspite of that the person incharge i think Mr.Mahendra was trying to make us comfortable with the limited manpower available. Any how is great experience. I recommend for sure.

It was very comfortable and pleasant stay at BluO. Location was fabulous and easy to locate. The food was very homely and hygienic. We got executive suite at 4th floor with elevator access. Will for sure stay in their property again in future as well.

We were given a different room earlier than the one we booked. After raising an issue we were given the room we booked. This is not appropriate. Also the room was not ready and we had to request additional towels and toiletries.
Although it says it is a hotel, it is more like a serviced apartment. The apartment can be a one room or a sitting and sleeping room depending on the choice. The breakfast selection is limited to one item and fixed quantity, and needs to be requested the earlier evening. They have an iron for clothes which can be requested at the reception.
