The location of the property was in the midst of nature and all the rooms were not insulated to prevent insects and other wilderness from entering the room. It would have been better if guests had option to book proper bedrooms instead of tents. Although we were given the option to move to one later but would have been a challenge if the property was fully booked. We understand that the property is run by all women but at the same guest safety is also an important factor - from 9pm to 9am in morning we were left on our own no staff just one watchman in the property, how can you feel safe at such a place. Culture is very laid back no one comes till 9:30am in the morning.

The staff was very polite and friendly. They made all efforts to make us comfortable and make us feel like we were at home.

The only thing that I did not like was the owner's behavior towards my dog initially. He was acting surprised whereas I book the resort asking him about the same. Also the AC could not work in the day time because of the heat from the bathroom which was not covered like the other cottages in the same resort.

The resort was quite, was really nice place for my pet. It was well managed except the Swimming pool which was not clean at all. The Staff was all ladies and they were quite polite with me and my wife. The Place had a really good vibe.

Frequent powercuts, due to which the property is not able to make air-conditioning available throughout the day, since the generator has to be shut for maintenance. Not much that the management can do about it.

Musty Tents, Greek salad that didnt have feta and was spicy. Breakfast timing being 10am which was too late.

The place was beautifully decorated like a bohemian tent and had a lovely aura to it. felt lost in nature for a change. I would give this place 5 stars but just cause of the rains the rooms are a little musty and needs proper care.

The hotel required pre-payment, and the coordination process was chaotic. I had 2 WhatsApp numbers (plus in app messages from the property) message me saying my stay is cancelled because of not paying the 50% advance via bank transfer, when I had already sent a screenshot of the payment to a third number that WhatsApped me earlier. Had a little bit of anxiety thinking my stay wasn't confirmed despite making payment, till I didn't reach the resort.

Great hotel with supportive staff, dog friendly, loads of birds and cats around. The bathroom is just as big as the room, and no insect problem inside at all. The room however does have AC related issues in peak noon heat due to monsoon cover put on top of the tents. Expect to sweat bricks in the room from 1pm to 4pm during Summers and heat, if you didn't have plans to head out. The hotel has a few rules around not eating food inside the tent, so if you're scared of insects you might not have the best experience eating outside the tent. We had no problem around this though. The location of the hotel is superb as well, with great access to the calmer side of alibaug. Best to come here via your own vehicle! Not more than 20 minutes away from RoRo.

The place has an old rustic charm. It's beautiful and magical. The lights The tents everything is phenomenal. The food in the cafe was absolutely amazing. Shout out to the polite staff. Vinanti, Sharmila, Sunanda. Mr Alberto you have a beautiful property. Will surely visit soon.

Very uncomfortable sleep due to noise around . The facilities need to be maintained up to the standard. Before giving the tent, repairing work should have been done. Breakfast was not up to the mark. Everything cold.

Really nothing, everything was good.

We loved the ambience, the service and the food. All the local ladies staff were cheerful and even took our food order last minute when they had just closed the kitchen. The rooms were beyond our expectation. We were group of 5 ladies and the room had six beds and 2 bathrooms. Immaculate and spacious. A private outdoor veranda to have lunch was so cozy! The owners were very friendly . All the food, maharashtrian food and the special breakfast was very tasty.

The overall experience is excellent. The tents are made so thoughtfully, the food is gourmet yet feels like personalized and homemade. The rustic feel is excellent. It's a great place to slow down, tune out and unwind.
