Overall cleanliness can be improved. The sheets and towels were not washed / fresh, the bathrooms smelled strongly of mold which was also clearly visible. Does not meet the expectation of a hotel with a 7+ rating.

Location was acceptable for the purpose of my visit. Easy to get taxis and autos from here. Also close to a metro station. Staff was very helpful with a late check in and accommodating the flight delays in the late night.

Bed Line was age old and soiled it seems not cleaned for months . Full of rodents on bedside and it was scary night. Toilet window could not be closed so had to use toilet with lights off. Absolutely not value for money at almost 3000/night.Will never recommend this to anyone.

Rooms r not like the pics. There's lot of wear & tear and the room is very small and noisy cause its just over the main road. The employees are rude and didnt let me stay a minute after 11am even though my check-in was late.

When we turned up in the evening, we were hoping for a simple room to stay in for one night. Instead we found a room that wasn't cleaned - bedlinen unchanged, grime in the bathroom, no toilet roll - and a shower with no hit water that was so badly plumbed in that the ceiling leaked when it was turned on. We told the staff who came and gave the bathroom a desultory wipe and claimed it was cleaned. I wasn't expecting much, but it was so bad we had to leave and stay somewhere else.

Very poor value for money paid. Very small room with no table and chair. Only choice for limited breakfast was idli served in single plate for all three guests. Even sambar and chutney was served in single bowl for all there. Tea served in paper cups.Money was demanded for drinking water. Overall horrible experience.

Entrance was very filthy, very bad linens with cigrates holes in the bedding, bedding was not cleaned, unwashed bedding, road side view with garbage pilled up opposite side of road, no trash collected for two days, bad condition bathroom, pictures shown on web site is not the same in the room, I don't understand booking dot com what sort of advertisment you do on site your staff should go and check absolutely disgusting both the site and for the owner of this properity, I will definetly never ever recomendent this hotel to any one bad place not worth for the money i paid

Water control from 10 PM to 0530 hours. The corridor is very smelly. Water dripping noise from Airconditioner throughout night is very irritable.

Excellent service. The hotel location is very convenient and Near National park Borivali East . It is a perfect hotel fo any corporate traveler as connectivity to all hubs is good. The cost is justified by the amenities and rooms the property provides. I shall definitely stay here in future

Poor Condition Hotel which will spoil the Name of the Booking .com. The condition of Hotel was very poor ,there is no minimum facility available at the property, though I upgraded with super Deluxe having extra bed by paying Rs.1100/- extra per night. In side room no table and chair provided to do any work. Bath rooms were dirty, not being cleaned properly, the Shower head was leaking badly, towels were torn and poor condition.hand sprout stand were broken. Rooms wals were in poor condition,it have patches of pealed off paints. It is not worth it for the tarrif the Hotel is charging. On photos, it is not showing actual condition of Hotel. No proper TV which I called Manager but he couldn't rectify the TV till next day. Uh 😳 😳 p Q
