No proper means to enter the Hotel particularly people with large number of luggages

They could put a bit more effort into cleaning the bathrooms and the filters in the AC units. Due to high humidity and condensation mould easily gets formed inside the AC unit if it sits idle for a couple of days. The first day we checked in, the room smelled really really mouldy.

Breakfast was good. It could do with a bit more variety. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Also, Milk and sugar in the coffee, for some people, is optional. Would be nice to have a strong, black coffee option as well, but the staff were extremely helpful with that. Reception staff 10/10

The staff was rude. Did not allow a visitor to stay in cabin for business discussions and also didn't provide any place where we could have held our discussions. Sadly, had to leave out to another restaurant to continue our discussions. Later , during check out, was told that we could have used Restaurant for the same but during his visit was told to pay for his stay or else go somewhere else... Even there is no seating arrangements in Lobby where we could have discussed issues undisturbed.. Also, there was nobody on ground floor where the entrance is, reception was in fourth floor and rooms on third floor...really weird...

The beds could have been more comfortable. The lighting in the corridor was poor. The shower water strength was poor and inadequate. Finding the hotel from within the phoenix mall is like a treasure hunt!

It can be accessed either through a side entrance or from the 2nd floor inside the Phoenix Mall. Breakfast was good. The food was not spicy. Probably a little less salty would have been better In room dining service was good

Room locker was not working for N2. Need proper directions while coming with taxi to reach the entrance of hotel.

hotel ambience can be little bit more brighter especially in 4th flooor.

This hotel is inside the Phenix mall. So whenever I got bored, I stepped into the mall. I had great time inside the mall watching movies, great food options and ofcourse shopping.

Taxi or Pick up and drop at early morning or late night is difficult due to mall security restricting access.

1. No towel bars for bath towels in bathrooms (our rooms on same level as reception) 2. No wifi connection inside the rooms (our rooms on same level as reception) 3. Hotel entrance is hard to find as the hotel is inside a mall (the Phoenix Mall) 4. Garage elevator access for auto rickshaws or taxis vary according to the security on duty (in other words, the security guards are all not on the same page regarding letting in taxis, autos into the garage; some guards didn't even know that there was a hotel inside the mall.)

Cleanliness could be improved. Price was way too high when i stayed.

Location suits me. Breakfast was function but that was goo fro me. Rooms are big. Toilet was big. The attached bar is lively. but too crowded all the time.

Bathroom was a little outdated

Breakfast was good, quite a few options, room was nice and clean. Staff took care of us very well. We were pleasantly surprised. Rakesh at the front desk, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took care of our needs very well. Was very impressed how he handled the hotel & guests esp during the cyclone.

For the first time visitor the drop off for hotel by cab is bit confusing. There should be clear marking of hotel drop off points
