Believe me when I say it's beyond our expectations .This property has so much amenities.You can use the outdoor swimming pool, biliards table, table tennis and indor games like chess and carrom.I was not at all expecting this good view from the windows .Whole accomodation was neat and clean.Host pawan take very good care of u and responds fast to every query .They even keep instant coffee or tea packets for ur welcome.Check in was hasslefree with self check in through code. Must stay and I will definitely book this one for my next trip to Goa.

Very well maintained 2 BHK flat and apartment community. Economical and comfortable stay for the family. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Spacious 4 wheeler parking. The entire process of check-in and check-out was made so easy and hassle free. Would recommend to travelers who would want to avoid regular hotels and would like to stay away from noisy and crowded locations.

The service was amazing. Guests have a little too much freedom and from the look of it, they sometimes abuse it. Please, if you are a guest at this place, keep it clean and cozy, don't be too dirty. However the staff does a great job at cleaning every surface.

The view is amazing from the property! It's one of the best locations in Goa and I've visited the south a lot. I like coming here in monsoon and I loved the river view during the rains. Blissful mornings The entire society is EXTREMELY well maintained, quiet and provides a lot of facilities like swimming pool, game room and rooftop deck. Even the wifi speed was good which allowed me to make this workation work. Overall even few days here was worth it. That's quite saying something. Pavan as a host is also very accommodating and he was kind to adjust to our timings as well. Overall loved it and would definitely come back again.

There were no nearby restaurants for having food. We had to order it online. Latch of the bathroom was very hard to close. Covers of the sofa were not clean. Sitting area had no air-conditioning. Fan regulator in the kitchen area was broken. Crockery was not in full sets, though the one provided was sufficient for three people.

General cleanliness of the gated community was maintained. Layout of the property was very convenient. Both the bedrooms were air-conditioned. Kitchen was well appointed with utensils, plates cutlery. Plenty of water was available. Hot water for bath. View from balcony was very nice.
