The charges in Booking.com and the charges charged at property were different. Owner stating they collected as per website and shown the proof. Informed as the credit card details were not updated at time of booking it got more charges. But after updating the credit card details only we have done the booking in website. Unfortunately it was not done. Even owner confirmed as this happened to multiple customers with same issue. This should get rectified ASAP before they get more negative feedback back on charges

The home has a simple design and is very clean. The neighborhood is lovely, safe, and convenient to the major tourist attractions, the mall, and some very good local restaurants.

The attendant was apparently new person; he is not fully trained and initially showed poor attitude to understand and help us. So, we had to call owner/host to get things started out. In our neighboring apartment there were too many guests and they were singing loudly at 1am!

Good residential area. No traffic noise. Easy to get Ola etc. Some shops and veg restaurants are in walkable distance. Zoo and Mall also within walking distance.

The owner of the property called a day before and asked for more money. Said he booked the property through other means for more money and he wants me to go a different property which is at different location and asked for more money. He is soo rude and updated as no show. And worst ever service by booking.com too.

Firstly I am disappointed with the location of the property, where the actual location in Booking.com is different than the property situated. streets are extremely narrow and also very old area situated in a galli. Price for this place was not at all worth apart from peak seasons like Dasara, there was no fan regulator in one room, attached bathroom was no space to take proper shower in the attached bathroom and also no Geiser in that room. Its not exactly shown in the picture and also Staff was not available and also no Wifi connection where owner mentioned her staff has gone out for dinner and further no response till I call back.

No breakfast - which, for the super premium price we paid, was disappointing. No air-conditioning - also disappointing for the price and contrary to the property description under 'genrral amenities'. We managed without it since it was not a warm season when we travelled. No lifts- be prepared to hike up a few flights if you're traveling with seniors/ differently abled people. Kitchen - under equipped (no glasses, bowls, tea/coffee bags), Leaky plumbing. Bathrooms- no exhaust fans, no towel rods. The non -attached bath does not have a wash basin and is quite isolated from the main house. Difficult to navigate for use after it gets dark.

Rooms were spacious and relatively clean. Location was good and easily accessible. Can comfortably accomodate 4 adults and one child below 12. Property owner is courteous and accessible.

I am 82. website didn't state studio room required 3 flights of stairs to a room with such basic amenities - not even AC couldn't wait to depart for my 3 days appts away from the dreaded room and return just to sleep host went AWOL and more concerned with my reduced trip date by one day .... and having staff pester me for a good review every time I walk pas them in reception summary horrid experience homestay suited for fit folk happy to climb the stairs to stay in non AC room good for backpackers - not for 82yo me plus am disgusted that host DIDNT ONCE shoe himself and introduce himself - his staff said he was "sick " I learnt he lives in the property so he just prefers a certain profile of guests I am assuming bad for me never again and won't recommend this place for people my age good for location near malls n zoo etc but its a shoplot. never will I be incentives by price and not doing my own due diligence for other properties

Room is on top floor of some apartment. Manageable. Location is a little inside. But walkable from mysore palace. The staff was asking for more money, but were finally convinced. Toiletries were provided next morning before checkout. Overall I think they are beginners and no professionalism.

Room was spacious. Kettle and water were provided..bathroom was ok with hot water also. Location is okay. But a little inside.

Great stay and Great host . Best part is that it's in walkable distance from zoo and palace . Though in city center, the area is very premium and calm. It is right opposite to Radisson Blu. The house is very spacious and clean .
