The staffs were very helpful, the location of the hotel is perfect with very good connectivity. City mall and metro station are just few minutes walk. Rooms are clean and spacious. I would recommend this place especially if you want a too much traffic free road and posh locality of salt lake.

Well, it needs to provide cleaner rooms. The fitting in the rooms were broken, could not properly close the bathroom room doors. Bed sheets, blankets covers, pillow cases were not that clean even though those were dry cleaned by a professional laundry. The rooms have very old furnitures and the furnitures are not well kept, no dusting is done on regular basis. There was accumulated dust on the furnitures, smell of mould was there inside the room. Bathrooms need to be kept cleaner, toilet tissues were missing from the bath room. Supply of both cold and hot water was constant, geyser was working properly.

Location of the property is really great. It is right across City Center 1 of Salt Lake City, Kolkata. It was very convenient to shop, get currency conversion done right there. Bus stops, taxi, auto, rickshaw stand is just across the hotel. All good restaurants are very close by. Best location in Salt Lake, Bidhannagar Kolkata. Staffs were very well behaved, polite, courteous and ready to help all the time. They were always ready to provide tea, coffee and food whenever asked for. Reception staffs were also very polite and helpful. Did not hesitate to give printouts of documents which were needed for some purpose by us. Overall great staff, great service and great location.

No need to wait in the morning. There was instant hot water every time I used the bathroom.The AC cooled the room in under 10 minutes, which was a relief in the summer heat. The entire process took less than 5 minutes. No paperwork hassle, just scan, pay, and get your key.The room was spotless and smelled fresh. The bed linens were crisp and clean, and the bathroom was sanitized. Housekeeping was done daily without reminders.
