Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The rooms could have been bit more cleaner. Not that they were dirty but better cleaning is possible.
Its a wonderful property in Munnar. The resort is wide in the green, spanned across a lot of acres and has wonderful staffs. The checkin was smooth and they explained everything in details. SInce the resort is big and on a valley, there are buggy service for the guests whenever they needed it. There is special area for the kids to play and have a good time during their stay. There is enough greenaries around. Overall stay was good.

Room furnishings could have been better.
B/F was ordinary. Service is not that good. More hygiene could have been maintained. The property landscape was excellent but very far off from city center.

Resort Pretty, located in a dreamy location, setup is very nice as well. You get beautiful views from outside of your room. It has a lake, clean swimming pool, well done Spa area. The place needs a bit of touch up of paint, there are places which look neglected but overall is a good resort in a beautiful setting. Resort was fully booked. Check in and check out was hassle free. It felt a bit odd when they asked us to surrender our room keys for cleaning but it was not an issue. Rooms Spacious with good amenities. We constantly had to request toiletries, tea and coffee sachets. We would expect them to provide a reasonable amount of stuff and not expect guests to constantly request these small things. Having said that they did send what we asked for, at no extra cost. The TV in the room had no active subscription which again they provided when requested. Don’t know why they expect guests to request these basic things- doesn’t give a premium feeling even though one pays a premium to stay. Staff Room service was poor, staff appeared disinterested, were constantly on there mobile phones. Had to send them back and forth three or four times for one request. Restaurant staff were friendly, quick and served with a smile. Food Breakfast was routine, they make fresh dosas and omelettes which were nice but overall nothing special- this was included in room price. We ate dinner and felt food was ok and reasonably priced but nothing like wow Summary Overall premium price for a premium location but unfortunately not a premium experience

Please don't opt for pool villa its not value for money. There is no option for heating the pool, its freezing cold and unable to take a bath.
