-None. This was a pleasant surprise in every way.

-Finding a decent and affordable hotel in Kolkata is tough—most are in shady areas or filled with fake reviews (especially many FabHotels). I booked this place last minute based on a friend's suggestion, and it truly surpassed expectations. -Excellent location – close to major tourist spots and key areas in the city. -Safe and quiet residential locality, yet walking distance to markets and restaurants. -Staff and caretaker were genuinely warm and helpful. -Got a welcome drink on arrival and a free mineral water bottle every day. -In-house restaurant is convenient, and Swiggy orders are allowed too. -Free breakfast daily (omelette, bread, butter, juice, tea) – simple and delicious. -Uber access is smooth and reliable.

It's a apt converted into a hotel. Please see my comment in the light of the price (off course u can compare with likes of 5-star hotels or other big hotels) The rooms were very tastefully decorated, they were spacious and clean. Note please come here for stay only. The locality was pretty good, with lots of upscale boutique and restaurants. I did not have to use any other service so cannot say much about the care taker or services. But the care taker was humble and cheerful 😊 Metro is close by too. I would love to stay again at the hotel.

I was staying for The second time in this place. The Hotel is very nice and the Location is amazing. You can explore many many Coffee Shops, Art Workshops and experience the Essence of Kolkata The workers are really Kind.

Great cafes and shops around the property. The breakfast place downstairs was outstanding. It's not part of the hotel but right at the bottom. It was suoer super clean, had A/C and was very very quite and in a top location. All things that are hard to find in Calcutta, together in one hotel for this price.

Wi-Fi speed. It’s almost unusable. After 8pm , it was working. I think the router needs to be placed in a strategic position so that it could be accessed from all the rooms. Tooth brash and tooth paste were not included in the toiletries . Good was exorbitant. 240 INR for a plate of yellow dal.

For the Price point, they could have included breakfast with the room. It was available on order but for the price point, it would have been value for money.

I liked the quiet and that it was very clean. The staff was very nice and friendly. They have a lovely cafe in the same building with very nice food and really awesome cold coffee. The street has many amazing cafes and stores with textiles / handwoven handmade gifts and food options. Great place to stay at.

Ordering breakfast was difficult due to us only speaking English.

The hotel is in a quiet area of Kolkata, but there are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants near by. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the seating area in the evening.

- Wifi in the room very poor and not stable in the hallway either - I had asked for an extension for the same price per night. This was confirmed, but then they suddenly wanted more money :( - No free drinking water to refill as a water dispenser

The location is quiet and close to all the good restaurants in Lake Avenue area. Dhaneshwan was a good help throughout the stay. The breakfast was very good indeed. Overall would recommend for travellers
