WiFi had to be reconnected every time you returned to room or cafe, not many ‘western’ breakfast options, and anything Indian would be useful to have explanations of what it is for those who do not know

Air conditioning in reception and in the rooms was working and cooling to ensure comfortable temperature, given 35+ degrees outside. Room was big and bed was comfortable

Although room/ bath was clean, bedsheets need serious attention. Several holes in sheets and sheets and pillowcase smelt stale.

The hotel was great and so was the Manager/staffroom were OK and clean. Breakfast was exceptional.

After doing the booking on Booking.com, too much harassment over advance payment, that I was unable to do because I had a foreign credit card, EVEN though Booking.com had my card details at time of booking and said if I did not show up , the room charges would be deducted, so dont know what the problem was. Caused a lot of hassle and stress, just before travel, which was not good and almost made me want to take my business elsewhere. Am sure lots of foreigners would encounter this same problem , due to lack of credit card from Indian bank. If they are so worried about " no shows" , they should have a banking link for payment where you can use your credit card from abroad.

Room was clean and specially the bedsheets. Good hot water throughout the day. Excellent breakfast, better than expected and would return because of this.Manager Desmond was very pleasant and helpful. Am returning in 2 weeks and hope he honours my requests. 24 hr reception

1. Though website had said, that I can pay at property, I was asked to deposit Rs. 2000/- about 2 weeks before, which I did. 2. I was asked to agree for Rs. 3000/- extra, just 2 days before arrival - Reason unknown - I had to agree as I was travelling with my family & pet & it would have been difficult for me to look for another property at that last moment and losing Rs. 2000/- advance paid. 3. I had to cut short the stay by one day due to personal health reasons and even though, I had paid the entire amount after arrival, the property refused any refund, stating that they have to pay commission to "booking.com". I had even agreed to deduct the commission from my refund. But the property refused. That I think was unfair and rude. 4. The staff did not inform us on arrival, that "the Petals" restaurant in the building is closed and that we could order for some limited vegetarian dishes, like roti, vegetable curries, daal etc. we came to know about this, when the same was sent by room service in an adjacent room to another guest, which we happen to see. Only upon our enquiring at the reception, it was told to us about such an availability on the last day. As such for the first 3 days, we ended up eating from the cafe only. 5. All in all our impression was that the property wanted to maximize the monetary gain from the guest - asking extra amount at the last moment, room service or inhouse lunch, dinner from the cafe, refusal of refund etc....., without considering to help guests. 6. The swimming pool was small & offered no privacy for the swimming pool users, of any kind, like shower room etc. and a lot of guests were entering the pool with their regular clothing, without changing into swim suits or taking shower before entering the pool. There was no control by the property on this important hygiene aspect.

We didn't opt of buffet breakfast . so can not comment on spread or taste. But al-a-cart breakfast & dinners that we took in the room was excellent. Location was convenient. The best part was that the availability of lift at basement car park level. This was convenient for luggage as well as our pet.

The hotel is quite far from any beaches. You will have to take a taxi to any of the usual tourist spots.

The check in and checkout process is fairly easy. The rooms were clean and housekeeping refilled the water/tea and coffee that they provide with the room.

the staff’s could be a bit more customer friendly. and their rule of can’t bring even packed food items to the room sucks because they sell everything at 200% rate

this property is a steal for the amount of money I paid. it’s so nice, clean and has a lot of facilities. I liked the area of the property as well. pool is clean and the breakfast was very good.

Car Parking space needs improvement. Suggest the Hotel clearly demarkates separate parking for 2 wherlers & cars. They do have basement parking, but that cannot be used till the entire basement is properly cleaned up of the nails and screws lying around. Wifi was available, but was very weak, so could hardly be used.

Very friendly and helpful Staff. Would like to specially thank Preeti & Nilesh for making our stay more comfortable. Also, spacious, large, well appointed Rooms. Overall, a very good experience. Many thanks!!

the staff at the reception. horrible. unhelpful. rude . very cold attitude . and they know nothing ! they were not courteous in any way. also, I asked for an extra bed . which I paid for . what I got was a mattress on the floor. they should be specific as to what they provide. the towel was dirty , it had very apparent huge stains , and when informing the reception their answer was - the laundry staff didn’t come today and they ran out of towels, so thus I was given a dirty one (there was no apology) and I was also stuck with the same towel. the room I had also had cockroaches in it , bugs and what not coming into the room. and it’s very uncomfortable for the person who had to sleep on that mattress on the floor to deal with bugs crawling around.

the location is really great. Mall De Goa is nearby and so is a church. plus they have a great supermarket at the hotel . there are also a couple of shops nearby which is just a 10 min walk away. great restaurants in the area too. the surrounding of the hotel also felt nice and safe .

- for wifi connection I had to call the reception and the speed was bad (1-2 Mbps) at least in the room I stayed in

- Room was very big and had good amenities - had a big balcony with table and chairs - location was good and walking distance from the Mall. L de Goa - Nearby area also looked good to me. I was there for a night as I had a flight from Mopa airport the next day - breakfast was decent with some options - Staff were polite - overall I had a comfortable stay
