GhanaI think its a good hotel, offers good value for money in the heart of the city, its close to alot of places and the staff are friendly and helpful, my only issue was the ventilation of their kitchen, when ever the kitchen was working you can smell the food all the way up on the third floor in my room. Please work on your kitchen ventilation.

United StatesThe Cost: The room was clean, but definitely old. The AC remote was barely functional, the door to the small verandah was broken (safely locked, but broken), so overall not in the best shape. At almost ₹6000/night, this is too expensive, and so shaving a couple of points off. If it was around ₹3000-3500, i would have rated it 10/10.
The Staff: Appears to be an all male staff, but they were very friendly, helpful, and the food was awesome. They have a rotating breakfast (included in the price) menu that was all excellent. They also have an in-house kitchen for lunch and dinner that you can order. They even made tea and sandwiches for us real early since we had an early morning flight. Their location is well planned in GK-1, which is a plus.

Ghana- Room: I found two cockroaches in the bathroom and one in the room. Also, the cooking smell from the kitchen entered the room through the ventilation system. - Confirmaation Experience: While staff was friendly, I had some troubles confirming my stay at the hotel. After booking via Booking.com, the hotel emailed me requesting a full payment in advance to confirm my stay. The payment didn't go through so I went to the hotel. The person at reception advised me to cancel the booking on Booking.com and pay directly through another app or their website. Although I could manage to keep my booking and made the full payment in advance, I found the confirmation of my stay quite complicated. I was lucky to be in Delhi but it would have been a nightmare to confirm my stay if I was not in the city.
- Location: The hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance of M Block Market in GK1, and a short auto ride to the nearest Metro station, making it very convenient for getting around. - Room: The room was clean, spacious, and matched the listing description. The bed was very comfortable, there was complimentary water and tea/coffee and the Wi-Fi worked well all the time. - Breakfast: There was a wide variety of vegetarian dishes, fresh fruits, and drinks, including tea, coffee, and juices. The food was very good! - Staff: The staff was friendly and helpful. I could even leave my luggage at the hotel after checkout, which was really convenient as I had a late flight.

India1. We had selected hotel with NO PRE PAYMENT, but Treebo sent 10-15 emails & phone calls and forced us to pay 50% advance amount. We had email from Booking.com that no advance amount is necessary. 2. We had booked tripple occupancy, but room was too small to adjust extra bed. With discomfort we had to accept the situation.
Location is good. You can get other food options near by in 1-2 Km range. Breakfast was good with multiple options. Staff is very good and cooperative, resolved our issue with smile.

IndiaThere's absolutely no network in the premises, their Wi-Fi works effectively but fluctuates. If you're looking to with from the premises, this could be an issue.
The location is lovely, the property is clean and the staff is helpful. I would definitely recommend the place for stay. I however hope they could have better breakfast options.
