We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe receptionist don't know to speak English even when we call for any queries she don't understand what we speak it's becomes difficult in some cases better the phone call can be attended by some other person. Some channels are available in tv if you would have added that it would be great. I was booking for extra large bed but they provided the room with double bed it's too bad even they didn't inform it's not available and while we call and ask the receptionist her way of responding was not that good. Finally we got the answer as if there is any availability in evening they will let us know but no calls from their end in the evening they should have informed no rooms are available.
Everything goes well. The kettle in room no 303 was dirty and i have informed to the concerned team they helped me to sort it out by bringing another kettle, does the hospitality is good. While we checkout the cleaning was engaged in their stuffs but they jus stopped their work and asking for are you checking out that's good good to see they way they treat their guest good.
