Polite, courteous staff. The hotel food was nice too. As a solo female traveller it felt safe and nice. The area is close to the Sabarmati Ashram (within walking distance) it's quiet and yet connected. I stayed here for a few days and it felt comfortable.

A.C remote was not working in our room when mentioned they expected us to use the one on the ceiling which was too high to reach. Staff offered to come and change the setting through out the night which I thought was ridiculous as am not going to call someone whilst sleeping to come change setting through out the night when needed. They did say they will fix it in the morning but there was no mention of it after. I had also ordered water to room and something else which they failed to deliver. There was only one bath towel for 3 people staying in room. Also some wrapping from clothes were left in the room from possibly previous visitor, indicating room was not cleaned properly. Staines on sheets and pillows. We also had a second room which smelt of cigarette smoke and possible birds nest in AC, making noises through out our stay. Food ordered to room one of the item was wrong when mentioned no replacement or apology nor money off for wrong item. In the room you can hear everything from Corridor and if you talk in the room you can hear outside the room too( we could not hear the outside traffic however). Bathroom has few holes here and there and wobbly shower fixtures. Bathroom Space was alittle tight, specially between shower cubical and toilet. People with mobility issues or of larger size may struggle just alittle. It was our short stay and we were too tired to either challenge or keep following things up. But for future I would keep these things in mind. I would still recommend staying at this hotel as it was satisfactory and in future I would possibly still stay here if I need to.

Staff were friendly enough. Hotel provided room next to eachother. We did not have breakfast at hotel however we did order room service for dinner and food was quite satisfactory. They did get one order wrong but when mentioned they did not replace it or apologise. Location is good and not far from international airport about 15 to 20min. Food stalls/ shops walking distance. Rickshaws outside if you want to explore.

THE TASTE OF BREAKFAST AND MEAL WAS AWESOME. I HIGHLY SUGGEST TO NOT TO FORGET TO TAKE TASTE OF MEAL.

AS YOU ALL KNOWS THE TEMPERATURE IN AHMADABAD IS VERY HIGH SO HOTEL NEED SOME POWER FULL CENTRALIZED AC's IN FAMILY ROOM OF TWO KING SIZED BED. ELSE EVERYTHING IS FINE.

There was not much that we didn't like. Anything we needed was dealt with straight away.

We had a bad experience prior to finding keys select. We found keys select last minute and asked if we can come in the next hour. The staff were very friendly. They let me check the rooms before going ahead with the booking. The staff were always willing to go over and above our expectations. Going from abroad in the heat was a challenge in itself but the staff made our stay very enjoyable.

Dated property, wish the linens had got an overhaul, some issues with exhaust too as woke up to strong cigarette smell in bathroom next day, the ac in my room didn't work properly
