BelgiumNot super clean, stains on the bed and wall. Cables hanging down from the bathroom ceiling. I had booked for 3 nights and I wanted to cancel the last night, which was not possible. They tried to talk me out of canceling the last night and weren't very helpful. Almost no wifi in my room :(

When we arrived late at night after a very long flight, they told us that they won't let us check-in since I am a foreigner (even though I have an OCI card in India). It was the middle of the night and it was so hard to find another hotel immediately. Then we asked them for a free refund since they were the one not letting us stay - but they refused to waive the cancelation fee which was equal to the full 5 nights stay!

IndiaHi, I just wanted to share my feedback about my recent stay at your hotel. Honestly, it was a very disappointing experience. We were told breakfast would be provided, but it was just idly and dosa, and no one even asked our preferences—they just sent it over, and it wasn’t good. The service staff was also quite rude. Even for a water bottle, they kept insisting on "first pay, first pay"—we expect service first and are happy to pay after. We arrived at 8 AM, even though our check-in was at 12 PM. We paid an extra ₹500 at the reception for early check-in, but still faced poor service throughout. We booked for 2 nights, and not once was the room cleaned. When we requested floor cleaning, they refused. At 2 PM, we asked the service guy if he could get us food from outside, but he denied saying they don't serve at that time. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this was by far the worst experience. I definitely wouldn’t want to stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Hotel location is good, all kinds of shops nearby. Room was in good condition, ac and geyser were working well. Hotel kitchen is not available but you have number of options outside in cheap prices. Good safety. Whatever amount is written in your online booking, that only you need to pay. Nothing extra.

Actual cost per day in booking.com was Rs.1094. but the receptionist was asking to pay an additional Rs600. They were saying that the online price is different. The receptionist and other staff were not behaving very well. Always looking at the girls. Not good for girls and families.

IndiaThe room was very untidy. You could see moulds on the walls which made the scent of the room quite unpleasant. Additionally they did not provide any basic ammenties like soap and towel. Moreover the ac was not working but thankfully the climate was cool so we did not need it. Also, they asked me for additional money while checkin although I'd already paid for the booking in advance. Then I'd to talk to oyo customer care to resolve the issue which took about 2 more hours. Overall, I'd never recommend someone to stay at this place
